Lake alleges that numerous Republican voters were disenfranchised due to voting machine glitches that plagued at least 60% of Maricopa County's voting centers on Election Day.
A Koch network group, Americans for Prosperity Action, is spending $70 million in an effort to stop Trump from being successful in the 2024 presidential election.
"Legally, logistically, and just risk-management wise, this was the safest, wisest course," said Chief Operating Officer in the Office of the Georgia Secretary of State Gabriel Sterling.
"The ICX BMDs are not sufficiently secured against technical compromise to withstand vote-altering attacks by bad actors who are likely to attack future elections in Georgia."
