U.S. Democratic Senator Bob Menendez of New Jersey, along with his wife, has been indicted on charges associated with allegedly accepting bribes in the form of cash, luxury automobiles, and gold bars.
"If he sees in me the possibility of bringing unity to our country, it is only possible because artists like him invoke a buried faith in the limitless power of human beings to overcome any obstacle," RFK Jr. said.
The move comes after a successful lawsuit by Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach, challenging the previous provision that permitted individuals to alter their gender on state documentation.
