A county-backed race-based medical program in Ohio that only admits Black students is under fire from legal experts who say it likely violates federal civil rights laws and the Constitution.
The Trump administration has formally notified Columbia University's accreditor that the institution is "in violation of federal antidiscrimination laws and therefore fails to meet the standards for accreditation set by the Commission."
