Republican lawmakers in Kansas enacted Senate Bill 180, which defines sex in state law to mean an “individual’s biological sex, either male or female, at birth.”
"Disney was openly and legally granted a unique and special privilege, that privilege of running its own local government," former Florida Supreme Court justice Alan Lawson said. "That era is ending."
In the House, members such as Jim Jordan (R-OH), Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), and Thomas Massie (R-KY) were awarded the Award for Conservative Excellence.
