The bill says "general statutes be amended to allow a child twelve years of age or older to receive a vaccination with the consent of such child's parent or guardian."
Bill goes "far beyond any interpretation of the Minnesota Supreme Court case Doe v. Gomez," which is the state’s version of Roe v. Wade, legal experts say.
"House Republicans have the ATF in our crosshairs," Congressman Gaetz said in the release. "The continued existence of the ATF is increasingly unwarranted based on their repeated actions to convert law-abiding citizens into felons. They must be stopped. My bill today would abolish the ATF once and for all."
Connecticut Democrats are working to lower the physical fitness requirements for female firefighters, saying that less onerous standards will make fire departments "more diverse."
"We need the people who understand the language and the case law in the country," Jourová says in the clip. "Because what qualifies as hate speech, illegal hate speech—which you will have soon also in the U.S.—we have a strong reason why we have this in the criminal law."
"The proliferation of electric vehicles at the expense of gas-powered vehicles will have deleterious impacts on Wyoming’s communities and will be detrimental to Wyoming’s economy and the ability for the country to efficiently engage in commerce," the bill states.
