The U.S Capitol Police (USCP) confirmed on Saturday that it has recommended “disciplinary action” for six officers over their handling of protesters on U.S. Capitol grounds on Jan. 6, following internal investigations.
The Capitol Police officer who fatally shot Ashli Babbitt during the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol "will not be facing internal discipline," Capitol Police said Monday.
The FBI has turned up no evidence that the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol was a coordinated attempt to launch an insurrection against the United States government by overturning the results of the presidential election, according to officials who spoke to Reuters Friday.

Eric Swalwell of California also appeared on the progressive cable TV show, where he said members of the GOP are "starting to kill our kids" because of their opinions on the COVID-19 vaccine.
