The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld an earlier decision ordering Stormy Daniels to pay former President Donald Trump nearly $122,000 in legal fees for the defamation lawsuit she filed against him in 2018.

Former President Donald Trump held a rally in Waco, Texas, on Saturday where he repeatedly attacked Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

"I am denying this affair because it never happened," said Daniels.

"Mr. Cohen used his own personal funds," said Cohen's former lawyers.

Law enforcement has reportedly claimed that Trump will not be called into court this week.

"These Soros district attorneys are a menace to society," says DeSantis.
