RFK Jr. Qualifies for Utah Ballot

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has submitted the number of signatures needed to qualify for the ballot in Utah.

Kennedy has turned in the 1,000 signatures needed.

“We will be announcing Jan. 3 our ballot access status in Utah at a press event in Salt Lake City,” Kennedy’s campaign press secretary Stefanie Spear told CBS News.

Kennedy’s super PAC American Values 2024 announced that it plans to invest millions of dollars to get Kennedy on the ballot in ten states.

Those states include Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Nevada, New York and Texas.

Kennedy announced an independent presidential bid in October.

In an opinion piece published in The Hill, Kennedy wrote that his “goal is to make the federal government independent too — independent of the corporate and financial interests that have a merciless grip on our democracy.”
