Rancher Accused of Killing Migrants on Property Pleads Not Guilty

Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly was accused of killing illegal immigrants after deceased Mexico citizens were found on his property. Kelly pleaded not guilty to murder charges and aggravated assault, maintaining his innocence. His lawyer stated that Kelly only fired a warning shot over the migrants after a rifle was pointed at him.

From The Western Journal:

Prior to his run-in with the armed men, and before Cuen-Buitimea’s body was discovered, Kelly said he heard a single gunshot but did not know where it came from.
