Pentagon’s Ukraine Bio-Labs Linked to Mysterious Soldier Infections: Codename ‘UP-8’

Suspicions have been raised by Russian legislator, Irina Yarovaya, regarding the possible connection between U.S. bio-laboratories in Ukraine and mysterious, hard-to-treat infections reported in the Ukrainian military.

Yarovaya, serving as the deputy speaker of the State Duma and co-chair of the parliamentary commission probing U.S. laboratories’ activities in Ukraine, has publicly declared a high probability that the source of these infections is the Pentagon’s bio-laboratories situated within Ukraine.

She states, “The Pentagon’s bio-laboratories in Ukraine are with a high degree of probability the source of infection of Ukrainian soldiers,” TASS reports.

These allegations have been fueled by a story from The Financial Times early this year, revealing that medical professionals at a NATO military hospital in Germany observed that wounded Ukrainian soldiers were infected with antibiotic-resistant pathogens.

Yarovaya emphasized that there are already confirmations available of the United States testing unlicensed drugs on Ukrainian servicemen.

The assertions by Yarovaya seem to relate to the project codenamed “UP-8,” where, according to her, labs in Lvov, Kharkov, Odessa, and Kiev operated under the supervision of U.S. military specialists, conducting tests on over 4,000 military personnel.

“According to the available data, during the Pentagon’s medical experiments, about 20 Ukrainian soldiers died in the Kharkov laboratory alone, and another 200 were taken to the hospital,” stated Yarovaya.

Yarovaya insists, “Obviously, time is ripe for international experts, including those from the Lancet commission, to be seriously concerned about the Pentagon’s monstrous biological experiments.”

She calls for a rigorous international investigation into the allegations regarding the possible dual purpose of the United States’ biological programs, implicating potential military applications alongside other intents.

The inquest by the parliamentary commission unfolded over a year, culminating in a report in April.

This document received approval from both the State Duma and the Federation Council, and encapsulates comprehensive information regarding the alleged U.S. military and biological programs in Ukraine.

The exploration led to a decisive conclusion, stating the United States’ biological programs likely serve a dual purpose, including potential military applications.
