“An Garda Síochána facilita protestas pacíficas a diario.

Exposed: China is Cheating its Way Into U.S. Law Schools

China LSAT cheating has allowed unqualified applicants to infiltrate elite U.S. law schools by exploiting loopholes in remote testing, according to a whistleblower and U.S. education experts. PowerScore CEO Dave Killoran told the Washington Free Beacon that Chinese LSAT preparation companies have “violated the security of remotely administered exams for years,” using stolen questions and fake test-takers to game the system.

A Chinese whistleblower contacted Killoran in May with what he claimed were stolen LSAT questions. “After a review of those questions, I quickly determined they were actual LSAT questions,” Killoran said. He explained that some companies “bypass LSAC’s remote security measures,” allowing proxy test-takers to complete exams under fake identities. Screenshots of test questions are later “compiled into PDFs and sold to students” who can’t afford professional cheaters.

Killoran warned that “if cheating continues and scores become unreliable, what’s the use of the LSAT in admissions?” The Law School Admission Council (LSAC) has since announced it will suspend online testing in China after October, citing “organized efforts … to promote test misconduct.”

Rick Hess of the American Enterprise Institute said U.S. universities must act swiftly. “Law schools should be banging on the door of the State Department asking for a federal watchlist,” he said, warning that the issue extends beyond academics. “If they’re cheating their way into American law schools, I think the way to read that is that they’ve already saturated all of the more valuable disciplines.”

President Trump Pardons Binance Founder

President Donald Trump pardoned Binance founder Changpeng Zhao, who created the largest cryptocurrency exchange.

Zhao pleaded guilty in 2023 for “violations related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), failure to register as a money transmitting business, and the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA),” the Justice Department said at the time. He served four months in prison following his April 2024 sentencing.

The DOJ explained that because it served U.S. customers, Binance was “required to register with [Financial Crimes Enforcement Network] as a money services business and to implement an effective [anti-money laundering] program that was reasonably designed to prevent Binance from being used to facilitate money laundering.” The agency stated Binance “chose not to comply with U.S. law and failed to implement controls and procedures to prevent money laundering.”

“President Trump exercised his constitutional authority by issuing a pardon for Mr. Zhao, who was prosecuted by the Biden Administration in their war on cryptocurrency,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement obtained by CBS News. “In their desire to punish the cryptocurrency industry, the Biden administration pursued Mr. Zhao despite no allegations of fraud or identifiable victims.”

“The Biden administration sought to imprison Mr. Zhao for three years, a sentence so outside sentencing guidelines that even the judge said he had never heard of this in his 30-year career,” she said. “These actions by the Biden Administration severely damaged the United States’ reputation as a global leader in technology and innovation. The Biden administration’s war on crypto is over.”

Trump Calls Off Troop Deployment to San Francisco

President Trump called off the “surge” of troops to San Francisco, he announced on Truth Social. He wrote that “friends of mine who live in the area called last night to ask me not to go forward with the surge [and] that the Mayor, Daniel Lurie, was making substantial progress.”

“I spoke to Mayor Lurie last night and he asked, very nicely, that I give him a chance to see if he can turn it around. I told him I think he is making a mistake, because we can do it much faster, and remove the criminals that the Law does not permit him to remove,” Trump explained. “I told him, ‘It’s an easier process if we do it, faster, stronger, and safer but, let’s see how you do?’ The people of San Francisco have come together on fighting Crime, especially since we began to take charge of that very nasty subject.”

“Great people like Jensen Huang, Marc Benioff, and others have called saying that the future of San Francisco is great. They want to give it a ‘shot.’ Therefore, we will not surge San Francisco on Saturday. Stay tuned!”

San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie confirmed the matter, saying President Trump “told me clearly that he was calling off any plans for a federal deployment in San Francisco. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem reaffirmed that direction in our conversation this morning.”

Governor Gavin Newsom (D) condemned President Trump’s plan to send the National Guard to San Francisco, urging Californians to memorize contact information, plan accordingly, and speak peacefully. “Stay smart, safe, and don’t give them the excuse they’re wanting to escalate their crackdown,” he wrote on social media, adding, “Act intelligently, take care of yourself, and don’t give them the pretext they’re looking for to intensify their repression.”

Newsom also threatened to sue the Trump administration if he sent troops to the city.

Missouri Charity Boss Accused of $11M Scam in Shocking Charity Fraud Case

A Missouri woman allegedly stole nearly $11 million intended for low-income children in a staggering case of charity fraud, prosecutors revealed Tuesday. Connie Bobo, 46, ran the New Heights Community Resource Center in Bridgeton, claiming she spent $20 million of federal funds to feed children from February 2019 to March 2022 — but records show she spent less than half on actual food.

“[She bought] a mansion for herself, houses for her family and a bright yellow Mercedes for her boyfriend,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Jonathan Clow told jurors during Bobo’s federal fraud trial. The indictment alleges she funneled $1.4 million to her romantic partner, Howard Hughes III, who purchased a Mercedes-Benz G550 Wagon 4X4 Squared with the funds.

Bobo reportedly spent $2.2 million on commercial real estate investments and purchased seven properties in total, including a nearly $1 million mansion in St. Charles. To hide her scheme, prosecutors said she forged documents and listed family and friends as board members without their knowledge. “Every step that Ms. Bobo took was for the best interest of the community and an attempt to give back,” her attorney, Katryna Spearman, argued in court, claiming Bobo had no intent to violate federal rules.

The New Heights program was federally funded through the U.S. Department of Agriculture, designed to provide meals for vulnerable children. Prosecutors emphasized that Bobo diverted taxpayer money for personal gain, fueling what they called one of the most audacious charity fraud schemes in recent memory.

Jurors are now weighing evidence showing a pattern of lavish spending, deception, and attempts to cover her tracks while the children the funds were intended to help received far less than promised.

Miyares Slams Democrat Jay Jones as Investigation Deepens

(Photo by Manuel Augusto Moreno/Getty Images)

Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares is calling for Democratic challenger Jay Jones to drop out of the attorney general race as the investigation into Jones’s past behavior continues to widen. A court filing obtained by Fox News Digital indicates that Jones’ reckless driving case on I-64 remains — or is again — under criminal investigation.

“It is not possible for Jay Jones to fulfill the duties of the attorney general while under an open criminal investigation,” Miyares told Fox News Digital. “If Jay stays in the race, it shows a contempt for voters never seen in modern Virginia political history.”

The filing, signed by New Kent County Circuit Judge B. Elliott Bondurant, revealed that Commonwealth’s Attorney Scott Renick requested to be recused due to a potential conflict. Bondurant then appointed James City County Commonwealth’s Attorney Nathan R. Green as special prosecutor, empowering him to “exercise all powers of the Attorney for the Commonwealth in this matter.”

Miyares also criticized Jones’ record of personal conduct, citing “text messages envisioning the murder of then-House Speaker Todd Gilbert” and accusing Jones of misleading the courts to avoid jail time for driving 116 mph. “He has not taken accountability for his words or actions,” Miyares said.

Questions persist over how Jones completed his 1,000 community service hours — half reportedly through his own political action committee. The Jay Jones investigation could shape the future of Virginia politics as scrutiny intensifies.

Vance Criticizes Israel’s ‘Political Stunt’

Vice President JD Vance criticized Israel’s parliament vote to annex the West Bank, comparing it to a “very stupid political stunt.”

When asked about the Knesset vote, Vance said, “That was weird. I was sort of confused by that.”

“Now I actually asked somebody about it, and they told me that it was a symbolic vote, some symbolic vote to recognize or a symbolic vote to annex the West Bank,” he said. “I mean, what I would say to that is when I asked about it, somebody told me it was a political stunt, that it had no practical significance, it was purely symbolic.”

He noted that he “took some insult” to the vote.

“I mean look, if it was a political stunt, it was a very stupid political stunt, and I personally take some insult to it. The West Bank is not going to be annexed by Israel,” Vance explained. “The policy of the Trump administration is that the West Bank will not be annexed by Israel. That will continue to be our policy. And if people want to take symbolic votes, they can do that, but we certainly weren’t happy about it.”

A statement from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office said the vote was a “deliberate political provocation by the opposition to sow discord during Vice President JD Vance’s visit to Israel.”

“The two bills were sponsored by opposition members of the Knesset,” his office noted.

In September, President Trump said he would “allow Israel to annex the West Bank. Nope, I will not allow it.”

Dublin Migrant Riot Erupts After Illegal Migrant Accused of Assaulting 10-Year-Old Girl

A riot broke out in Dublin, Ireland on Tuesday night as angry protesters clashed with police after an illegal migrant was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 10-year-old Irish girl in state care.

The violence erupted outside the City West Hotel — now used as a migrant shelter — where the accused, a man in his 20s from Africa with a deportation order, was reportedly staying. Hundreds of protesters gathered, many waving Irish flags and chanting, “Get them out, get them out,” referring to the roughly 2,000 migrants living at the center.

Police said the scene quickly turned violent. A patrol car was torched, and demonstrators hurled bottles, bricks, and fireworks at officers. “An Garda Síochána facilitates peaceful protests on a daily basis. This was obviously not a peaceful protest,” Garda Commissioner Justin Kelly said. “The actions this evening can only be described as thuggery.” Six people were arrested, and a female officer suffered a foot injury as nearly 300 officers worked to regain control.

Prime Minister Micheál Martin condemned the violence but acknowledged that the alleged assault itself was of “deep concern,” saying the young victim “had not been protected by the state.” The girl had reportedly absconded from Tusla child protection staff during a supervised outing before encountering the suspect.

The suspect’s immigration history has fueled public outrage. He failed an asylum application and was ordered deported in March 2024 but remained in Ireland. The €150 million City West facility — purchased by the government as a permanent migrant center — has been a flashpoint for growing anti-immigration anger amid a series of violent crimes involving foreign nationals.

Hillary Clinton Furniture Scandal Resurfaces After Attack on Trump’s White House Ballroom

The Hillary Clinton furniture scandal resurfaced Tuesday after the former first lady mocked President Donald Trump for building a new White House ballroom — a privately funded project not costing taxpayers a dime.

Clinton’s criticism on X, where she wrote, “It’s not his house. It’s your house. And he’s destroying it,” quickly backfired as conservatives reminded her of the 2001 controversy when she and former President Bill Clinton were accused of taking tens of thousands of dollars in White House furnishings.

At least he didn’t steal the silverware,” Sen. Ted Cruz posted, highlighting the contrast between Trump’s donation-funded renovations and the Clintons’ disputed removals of government property. Reports from the time showed the Clintons took an estimated $28,000 in furnishings and later paid $86,000 for other gifts. Hillary Clinton defended the move, saying, “All of these items were considered gifts to us. That’s what the permanent record of the White House showed.”

Trump, meanwhile, celebrated progress on the ballroom, calling it “big, beautiful, and completely separate from the White House itself.” The 90,000-square-foot space will host up to 650 guests and is being financed privately.

Critics also dredged up past Clinton-era scandals, from Lincoln Bedroom sleepovers for donors to the Oval Office affair that rocked the administration. “There’s literally a Clinton scandal for every tweet she sends,” Rep. Eric Burlison wrote.

A White House spokesman defended the ballroom project, saying, “President Trump is working 24/7 to Make America Great Again, including his historic beautification of the White House, at no taxpayer expense.”
