George Floyd Autonomous Zone Issues ‘Rules For White People’

  • Area begins to resemble a religious cult encampment.

The ‘George Floyd Autonomous Zone’ in Minneapolis has issued a list of ‘rules for white people’ that they have to abide by in order to enter the area.

The zone has popped up around the area that Floyd died and has come to resemble something akin to a religious cult encampment.

Apparently, baptisms, miracles and other spiritual events can be witnessed on a regular basis.

However, entering the area as a white person comes with potential risks if you make the mistake of behaving in a “problematic” manner.

All visitors are asked to wear face masks and act with “humility,” but a lengthier list of rules for white people explains how they will be treated differently.

43 major companies oppose Texas bills to protect girls’ sports, ban trans experimentation on kids

Companies that do business in Texas have signed a statement opposing two bills that would ban boys who identify as female from competing in girls’ sports and ban the use of experimental puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and the genital mutilation of minors suffering from gender dysphoria.

Forty-three companies have deemed the bills as “divisive” and signed a statement advocating for trans-identified athletes to compete in girls’ sports and for minors to be able to obtain elective cosmetic surgeries such as double mastectomies, phalloplasties and orchiectomies (testicle removal).

“We are concerned to see a resurgence of efforts to exclude transgender youth from full participation in their communities, to criminalize or ban best-practice medical care that is proven to save lives, or to exclude LGBTQ people in a variety of other settings, including accessing healthcare, filling a prescription, or seeking legal representation,” reads the statement posted on the website Texas Competes, an LGBT advocacy organization.

Signatories to the statement include Amazon, American Airlines, Apple, Dell Technologies, Dow, Facebook, IBM, Levi Strauss & Co, Microsoft, PayPal and United Airlines.

Poll: 82% Think U.S. Is Divided, Despite Joe Biden’s Promise to Be a More Unifying President

The vast majority of U.S. adults still believe the country is divided, despite President Joe Biden’s vow to be a more unifying president, an NBC News poll released Sunday revealed.

The poll, released on the cusp of Biden’s first 100 days in office, revealed just more than a third, or 36 percent, say the country is headed in the “right direction.” Meanwhile, the vast majority of respondents, 82 percent, believe the country is divided.

This comes amid Biden’s vow to unify the country with his presidency, making the theme central to his inaugural address in January.

“To overcome these challenges — to restore the soul and to secure the future of America — requires more than words. It requires the most elusive of things in a democracy: unity. Unity,” Biden said during his January 20 address.

Biden told the country his “whole soul” was “in this,” wholly devoted to “bringing America together,” “uniting our people,” and “uniting our nation.”

“Uniting to fight the common foes we face: anger, resentment, hatred. Extremism, lawlessness, violence. Disease, joblessness, hopelessness.

Biden continued:

With unity we can do great things. Important things. We can right wrongs. We can put people to work in good jobs. We can teach our children in safe schools. We can overcome this deadly virus. We can reward work, rebuild the middle class and make healthcare secure for all.

We can deliver racial justice. We can make America, once again, the leading force for good in the world.

Lawyer for Ashli Babbitt’s Family Announces Civil Action Will be Filed

Terry Robert’s described Ashli’s murder as “an egregious act of excessive force”

Terry Roberts, the attorney for the family of Ashli Babbitt, has announced they will be pursuing civil action in her case against the police officer who shot her in cold blood.

Roberts, the famed civil rights attorney who is currently representing Babbitt’s family, appeared on Newsmax on Monday, when he made the announcement regarding the pursuit of civil action. “The family and I were disappointed in the Department of Justice’s decision on this, but my role is really to bring a civil action and in that way, vindicate her rights,” Roberts said.

Minnesota AG Admits He ‘Felt A Little Bad’ For Derek Chauvin

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, who was the lead prosecutor in Derek Chauvin’s murder trial, admitted on Sunday that he “felt a little bad” for the former Minneapolis police officer who was convicted in the murder of George Floyd last week.

Ellison Discusses Chauvin

While being interviewed on “60 Minutes,” Ellison was asked about what his reaction was when they jury found Chauvin guilty.

“Gratitude — humility — followed by a certain sense of, I’ll say satisfaction. It’s what we were aiming for the whole time,” Ellison responded.  “I spent 16 years as a criminal defense lawyer, so, I will admit, I felt a little bad for the defendant. I think he deserved to be convicted. But he’s a human being.”

When asked about his compassion for Chauvin, Ellison said he was “not in any way wavering from my responsibility.”

Ellison Doubles Down

“But I hope we never forget that people who are defendants in our criminal justice system, that they’re human beings,” he explained. “They’re people. I mean, George Floyd was a human being. And so I’m not going to ever forget that everybody in this process is a person.”

As for Chauvin’s motive, Ellison said that he didn’t believe Floyd’s murder was a hate crime.

TSLA Slides After Beating EPS, But All “Net Income” Comes From Sale Of Reg Credits And Bitcoin

As we previewed earlier, Wall Street expectations from TSLA’s earnings today are rather stratospheric, but as Bloomberg notes, even if the company misses big, the S&P 500 likely won’t be in the doldrums tomorrow because of it. Why? Simply put, the electric-vehicle maker matters less than other high-profile stocks in the broad market gauge.

Alphabet, Amazon.com, Apple, Microsoft and Tesla are among the most influential companies in the stock market. But by one simple measure, Tesla looks different than the others. The S&P 500’s 30-day positive correlation with the stock has fallen to ~0.44 from an early March peak of almost 0.8. That pales in comparison with Microsoft at ~0.77, Apple at ~0.72, Amazon at ~0.68 and Alphabet at ~0.65. In fact, the S&P 500’s correlation with old-school cyclical Caterpillar — which also reports this week — is higher than Tesla at ~0.51. This falling correlation is inevitable as Tesla has gained less than 5% this year compared with over 11% for the S&P 500, with value sectors such as energy and financials outperforming. This has happened as meme stocks like GameStop have pushed Tesla out of the limelight, while Bitcoin has attracted almost all the buzz.

With that in mind, here is what TSLA reported shortly after the close for Q1:

  • Adjusted EPS of 93C, beating est. 80c
  • Revenue $10.389BN, missing est. $10.42 billion (range $8.20 billion to $12.34 billion)
  • Free Cash Flow $293MM, beating est. of cash burn of $82.8 million
  • Automotive gross margin +26.5%, beating est +24.3%
  • Cash and cash equivalents $17.14 billion, missing estimates of $17.90 billion

Arizona Audit Underway

Ballot counters are working hard in Arizona to snuff-out voting irregularities in last year’s presidential election and fight off Democrat attempts to derail them.

On Sunday, forensic experts confirmed they are examining thousands of ballots cast in November as part of the audit in the Grand Canyon State. They are using ultra-violet lights to search for ballot watermarks and weed-out phony ballots.

Additionally, auditors have been split into several groups with some examining mail-in ballots and others inspecting ballot folders, envelopes along with other related items.

Democrat Party officials have tried to challenge the audit in court and they are deploying their operatives in the mainstream media in an attempt downplay the severity of election fraud as well as discredit Republican challenges to election security.
