Arizona Senate considering another audit of Maricopa County 2020 election

The Arizona Senate may sign a deal for another 2020 election review in Maricopa County following reports that some overseers of the audit are dissatisfied with the process.

The present audit, which includes a review of 2.1 million ballots cast in the state’s November election in the county, has been underway since April 23 at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, led by the hired firm Cyber Ninjas. Audit liaison, former Secretary of State Ken Bennett, told a reporter with CBS5 News on Thursday that hand counters had gone through more than 800,000 ballots so far. Organizers have said they hope to finish by the end of June.

But the GOP-led state Senate is already eyeing another recount that would be entirely electronic, running digital images of ballots through a program to count all votes cast for every race on the county’s ballot, according to the Arizona RepublicBennett told the outlet they are considering a California-based election transparency nonprofit group called Citizens Oversight for the job, and the results from both audits could be compared to one another.

Stand Now or Bow Later

By Ashlee Dunagan

On May 11, the Orange County Board of Supervisors (CA) voted 4-1 to table a contracted plan to create a digital vaccine verification system for use throughout Orange County. Supervisor Katrina Foley cast the dissenting vote. Supervisor Foley claims, “A supermajority of the community that we serve support having a convenient digital record so they can go about living their lives.”

I do not know what the “supermajority” of people in Orange County support, only that I have not personally spoken with anyone who likes the idea, nor did I hear anyone speak at the OC Supervisors meeting who was in support of it.

It seems that Supervisor Foley unwittingly hit on two major issues for those that oppose digital vaccine verification. First, no one should need a convenient way to prove vaccination to “go about living their lives.”

We have never needed to show our papers during any other pandemic, most of which were more severe than this one, so we must ask, “Why now?” Second, America—comprised of a representative government—is one of the few countries on earth where the rights of the minority are protected. It seems rather disingenuous (to say the least) that politicians who, for instance, believe LGBTQ rights should never be infringed upon in any way, are suddenly so concerned with the rights of the “supermajority.”

Most of the people present (700+) at the OC Board of Supervisors meeting protested the violation of fundamental medical privacy and the potential coercion vaccine passports could create.

The proposed contract stated, “[T]he parties intend that no work done under this contract be used now or in the future to create a vaccine ‘passport’ to limit travel or access to county government services.”

It further increases the budget for this system from $3.8 to $5 million, which of course, is taxpayer money, much of it federal tax dollars, and it does nothing to prohibit vaccine discrimination by private companies. Regardless of the intent of the board members, the wording seems very clear: they are fully aware of the system’s potential to be used as a vaccine passport.

While this has occurred in Orange County, California, make no mistake, versions of the same plan are being contemplated in many states and counties around the country. We have learned from the mask mandates that some businesses will have no problem discriminating against people who do not get the vaccine, even for medical and religious reasons.

Politicians and bureaucrats, particularly Dr. Anthony Fauci, are taking a relative laissez-faire attitude toward businesses imposing vaccine requirements. This new “hands-off” approach is very interesting, considering these are the same individuals who demonstrated no regard for private businesses that wished to remain open and serve customers under their terms over the past year. Suddenly the free will of businesses shall not be infringed upon by the government; they are completely within their rights to discriminate against the unvaccinated despite Constitutional, Federal, and in many cases, state and local laws to the contrary.

It appears the federal, state, and local governments are prepared to negate the rule of law altogether. This should be disturbing to every American. As a representative republic, our government is established by the people and for the people.

As citizens, we expect that our elected officials will honor the laws that protect personal medical information. Furthermore, dismissing those who oppose such an intrusion into their private lives as “anti-vaxxers,” as some government officials have done, is a type of government bullying. While many do not wish to get the vaccine, the main concern is creating a system that can undoubtedly be used to discriminate, segregate, and track American citizens. We must demand that the implementation of any vaccine verification system or discrimination based on vaccine status be made illegal not just in Orange County but the entire country. Thankfully, several states have already had the foresight and good sense to take such steps. We cannot afford to start down a road that has such dangerous implications. We know that those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

The data is clear. COVID-19 has a 98+% survival rate for the majority of the population, with our elderly and those suffering from cardiovascular disease and diabetes being by far the most vulnerable, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Keep in mind that deaths related to COVID-19 have been closely watched globally, but we can be confident that many infections have gone unreported. Many have been infected unknowingly due to a lack of symptoms. Others did have symptoms, but their symptoms were so minor they did not bother to get tested. Or testing was simply unavailable or too difficult to obtain. At this point, the United States has developed several treatment protocols for this virus and for those who have more severe cases. The vaccines have not been approved by the FDA but are being administered to the population under the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). Those getting the vaccine are therefore effectively enrolling in a medical trial. And the vaccine manufacturers are immune from liability should the vaccinated suffer any adverse effects.

We should be operating under full disclosure of the facts; that is what constitutes the legal definition of Informed Consent.

Many have recovered from this virus and now have natural immunity thanks to our immune systems creating antibodies and memory T-cells against future infections. Young people and children are at virtually no risk from this virus. Children are rarely carriers or spreaders of this virus. And our hospitals are not in jeopardy of being overrun.

The push to vaccinate every American is unnecessary and unscientific. It should be questioned and based on the data, not fearmongering. It is also worth noting that Dr. Anthony Fauci, during Congressional testimony, admitted roughly 40-50% of CDC and FDA employees have opted not to get vaccinated. We can safely assume that these individuals understand the pros and cons of the vaccine better than does the general population.

Those who do wish to get the vaccine should be free to do so, and those who do not should be equally free to reject it.

Who would have thought we would be here as a nation 15 months ago. But here we are. We do not despair but acknowledge that we make up the greatest nation ever created on this earth, offering the most freedoms to its citizens. We must preserve our ability to continue to live as free people. We must continue to cherish our inalienable rights granted to us by our Creator. And we must fight to protect these rights for the generations to come. As American citizens, we cannot tolerate state-sanctioned discrimination or coercion. We will either stand now, or we will bow later!

Thousands of Doctors, Lawyers Suing Globalist Elites for ‘Crimes Against Humanity,’ ‘Corona Fraud Scandal’

German lawyer Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is organizing a “second Nuremberg tribunal” composed of thousands of lawyers and doctors in order to prosecute a group of international elites responsible for the “corona fraud scandal.”

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich

Dr. Fuellmich—also licensed to practice law in the United States—is taking legal aim at the World Economic Forum (WEF) based in Davos, Switzerland, and influential figures affiliated with it. Fuellmich alleges they are guilty of crimes against humanity for their perpetration of COVID-response policies that led to forced shutdowns, destroyed businesses, impoverished families, broken lives, and a spike in suicide rates, according to reports.

Fuellmich has formed the German Corona Investigative Committee to pursue civil and criminal charges against members of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO). The committee has been hearing international scientists’ and experts’ testimonies since July 10, 2020, according to The Jewish Voice.

“Since July 10, 2020, this Committee has been listening to a large number of international scientists’ and experts’ testimony to find answers to questions about the corona crisis, which more and more people worldwide are asking,” says Dr. Fuellmich in a now-deleted YouTube video.

“All the above-mentioned cases of corruption and fraud committed by the German corporations pale in comparison in view of the extent of the damage that the corona crisis has caused and continues to cause.”

Dr. Fuellmich concludes with a warning to “those responsible” for the corruption and fraud:

“These are the facts that will pull the masks off the faces of all those responsible for these crimes. To the politicians who believe those corrupt people, these facts are hereby offered as a lifeline that can help you readjust your course of action, and start the long-overdue public scientific discussion, and not go down with those charlatans and criminals.”

In the video—deleted by YouTube, but provided below—Fuellmich alleges that worldwide government response to COVID has worked in cahoots with the WHO, resulting in “probably the greatest crimes against humanity ever committed.”

You can read a full transcript of Dr. Fuellmich’s address here.

Reuters confirmed in March that the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) is analyzing the case. In an email to Reuters, the OPT writes “We can confirm we have received a communication as the sender has made that fact public. As we do with all such communications, we will analyse the materials submitted, as appropriate, in accordance with the Rome Statute and with full independence and impartiality. The first step of that process is to assess whether the communication concerns matters that are manifestly outside the jurisdiction of the Court. As soon as we reach a decision on the appropriate next step, we will inform the sender and provide reasons for our decision.”

Fuellmich plans on filing a class-action suit in the United States, also according to The Jewish Voice.

Biden’s ‘Sickening’ Comments About Young Girl, Her Legs: ‘Looks like she’s 19’

President Joe Biden was slammed Friday after comments he directed toward a young girl circulated online and generated backlash.

What did Biden say?

While speaking at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, Virginia, video shows Biden direct off-key remarks toward a person who was reportedly “a little girl.”

Biden said, according to video:

I’m honored to be joined today by Gov. Northam and by two great representatives of the Commonwealth, Congresswoman [Elaine] Luria and Congressman [Bobby] Scott. And I want to thank you for all that you do to represent these service veterans, because they’re devoted to you, the family members, the caregivers, survivors, all call Virginia home. I’m especially honored to share the stage with Brittany and Jared and Nathan and Margaret Catherine.

I love those barrettes in your hair, man. I tell you what, look at her. She looks like she’s 19 years old sitting there like a little lady with her legs crossed. Brittany, you’re doing triple-duty as a veteran, a military spouse, and a teacher. And kids, thank you for being there for your mom.

The New York Post reported the girl “appeared to be elementary school age” and “had joined her parents and two older brothers on the podium while her mother introduced the president.”

White Assistant Dean At Brandeis University Calls Herself Racist

A white university official called all white people implicitly racist and, in the process, herself.

Brandeis University Assistant Dean Kate Slater said this week she despises “whiteness” and believes “all white people are racist” in a fiery Instagram post.

“Yes, all White people are racist in that all White people have been conditioned in a society where one’s racial identity determines life experiences/outcomes and Whiteness is the norm and the default. That includes me!’” Slater wrote. “I don’t hate white people – I hate whiteness.”

Below is the post obtained by The Federalist.

Slater has since made her account private. Brandeis University did not respond to The Federalist’s request for comment. Her comments came days before the one-year anniversary of the death of George Floyd.

The university leader’s personal website says she “investigates White racial identity formation and how racism operates individually, organizationally, and systemically” and “leads facilitations, trainings, and affinity groups with K-12 institutions and universities, as well as with numerous private organizations.”

New York Times COVID Reporter Says It’s ‘Racist’ to Discuss Wuhan Lab Leak Theory

Journalism clown world strikes again.

A New York Times reporter who specializes in COVID-19 coverage tweeted that it was “racist” to even talk about the Wuhan lab leak theory.

The lab leak issue has received a wave of attention following the Biden’s administration’s announcement that a 90 day investigation would be conducted into its veracity.

The NYT itself also reported yesterday that the U.S. intelligence community has been sitting on a “raft” of evidence pertaining to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

However, Apoorva Mandavilli, who in her bio says she reports for the NYT “mainly” on COVID, asserted in a tweet that even discussing the issue was “racist.”

“Someday we will stop talking about the lab leak theory and maybe even admit its racist roots. But alas, that day is not yet here,” tweeted Mandavilli.

U.N. Human Rights Council Puts Israel on Trial, Permanently

The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) voted Thursday to establish a permanent “Commission of Inquiry” into Israel — and only Israel — in response to the recent 11-day war in Gaza, launched by Palestinian Hamas terrorists.

The resolution, which passed 24-9, with 14 abstentions, creates

an ongoing independent, international commission of inquiry, to be appointed by the President of the Human Rights Council, to investigate in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and in Israel all alleged violations of international humanitarian law and all alleged violations and abuses of international human rights law leading up to and since 13 April 2021, and all underlying root causes of recurrent tensions, instability and protraction of conflict, including systematic discrimination and repression based on national, ethnic, racial or religious identity.

It is the first such permanent commission of inquiry, the latest in the UNHRC’s obsession with Israel.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected the UNHRC’s decision, and the U.S. condemned it as well.

Veteran Election Officials Say 30,000 Fake Ballots Found In Georgia Audit: ‘They’re Not Real’

“Six affidavits now, we had four, now it’s six. Six affidavits of veteran election officials are alleging that up to 30,000 of these 147 [thousand] ballots are fake,” said John Fredericks.

After a judge ordered 145,000 Fulton County absentee ballots to be unsealed, “Outside the Beltway” host John Fredericks explained on Steve Bannon’s “War Room Pandemic” series that Georgia election officials are alleging that up to 30,000 of the ballots are fraudulent.

“Six affidavits now, we had four, now it’s six. Six affidavits of veteran election officials are alleging that up to 30,000 of these 147 [thousand] ballots are fake,” said Fredericks. “Somebody printed them up on a machine and ran them through the vote counting machines. They’re not real. They’re not attached to anybody.” Another revelation was that the ballots were unfolded and printed on a different paper than the regular absentee ballots, according to Fredericks.

17 Goals to Take Over the U.S. the Communists Have Achieved Without Firing a Shot

The 1958 book by Cleon Skousen, The Naked Communist, set forth 45 goals communists need to achieve to take over the United States without firing a shot. Some of them are outdated and immaterial. Some are debatable. Let’s see how many commie goals have been achieved.

7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.

DONE. The United Nations General Assembly Resolution 2758 made Communist China a member of the U.N. Today, China is one of five permanent members.

15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.

DONE. Communists were once hunted in the U.S. Today, Democrats like Bernie, AOC, and the Squad, with ideas that are clearly socialist, if not communist, are re-elected with ease.

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks

DONE. Marxism has been in our schools for a while now, as pointed out brilliantly by Townhall’s Marina Medvin. Common Core is right out of the Stalin playbook. CRT is just the next step.

18. Gain control of all student newspapers

DONE. Fox News reported just one year ago that Republicans we looking into China’s influence on American universities overall, though not specifically student newspapers. A professor and two Chinese nationals were arrested at Harvard last year. The Chinese siege of our colleges and universities is underway.

20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking
positions

DONE. CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC. Need I say more? Not to mention China spending millions on propaganda in our newspapers.

21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures

DONE. Actor John Cena JUST kissed commie ass regarding the promotion of his newest movie after saying that Taiwan is a country. Not to mention 127 TV show episodes promoting Marxist BLM propaganda.

22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms”

HALF-DONE. Here is a list of 113 statues that have been toppled, defaced, or removed, though no shapeless, awkward, meaningless commie pinko forms have replaced them yet.

24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press

DONE. I think we all know Pornhub is free and has whatever your creepy heart desires.

26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy, and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy”

DONE. Never mind homosexuality, I believe that is normal. However, in a ghastly attempt to normalize pedophilia, pederasts are trying to rebrand themselves as “MAPs” (minor-attracted persons) and are attempting to attach themselves to the LGBT movement. If you think this can’t happen down the road ask yourself this: did you ever think there would come a time when the country would argue about where a man in a dress can relieve himself?

Weak Beijing Biden Is Taking China and WHO’s Word as Gospel: ‘What Else Can We Do?’

On Sunday, The Wall Street Journal dropped a bombshell report: According to U.S. intelligence, several members of the Wuhan Institute of Virology had been hospitalized with symptoms that could be consistent with COVID-19 in November.

The report reignited the theory that the virus that causes COVID-19 — SARS-CoV-2 — leaked out of the Chinese laboratory as opposed to originating in a wet market.

The World Health Organization had originally dubbed this theory “extremely unlikely” in a report earlier this spring, and even mentioning it on Facebook would lead to the offending post being taken down.

It came to light in the days that followed that President Joe Biden’s administration had shut down an investigation into the origins of the virus by then-President Donald Trump’s administration earlier this spring; CNN reported it was due to “concerns about the quality of its work.”

But never fear: On Wednesday, Biden announced he was ordering a 90-day review of the origins of the virus, assuring he’d tasked the intelligence community earlier this year with “a report on their most up-to-date analysis of the origins of COVID-19, including whether it emerged from human contact with an infected animal or from a laboratory accident.”

“Here is their current position: ‘while two elements in the IC leans toward the [human contact] scenario and one leans more toward the [lab leak scenario] – each with low or moderate confidence – the majority of elements do not believe there is sufficient information to assess one to be more likely than the other,” Biden said.

Thus: “I have now asked the intelligence community to redouble their efforts to collect and analyze information that could bring us closer to a definitive conclusion, and to report back to me in 90 days.”

Later in the day, White House deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre demonstrated why there isn’t a single reason to have faith in this review.

For instance, Jean-Pierre was asked why China would be willing to work with us on this investigation, given its nature.

The answer: The WHO is going to continue to work with China.

“Look, the COVID-19 pandemic has taken, I think, 1.3 million lives globally; 600,000 American lives, about. And it’s imperative that we get to the bottom of just where the pandemic originated — not just for the purposes of understanding this pandemic, but the pandemics to come, as I’ve already, kind of, alluded to,” she said, according to a White House transcript.

“And so this is something that we’re going to, you know, continue to have conversations on. This is a global effort. It’s not just United States alone as we’re working with the WHO. This is our process here with the 90-day — that I just mentioned — review. But we’re just going to continue to work with WHO, and — and WHO is going to continue to — to work with China on this.”

What would be their motivations for this?

“You know, this is — this is something that you have to ask the Chinese government, right?” Jean-Pierre said. “This is something that should be impor- — it should — should matter to them — but this is a question for them, as well.”

She was then asked if Biden had confronted Chinese President Xi Jinping about the origins of the disease.

“I’m not — I’m not going to go into details of private conversation that the president may have — may have had with President Xi,” the deputy press secretary said. “All I can say today is that we’re going to do this 90-day review, and this is what the president asked for, and we’ll see where it takes us.”

Any penalties if they don’t cooperate?

“I’m not going to prejudge or, you know, make any preannouncements at this time,” Jean-Pierre said. “We’re going to go with the 90-day investigation and see where it takes us from there.”

She was pressed again later on whether or not there would be repercussions for China if they didn’t cooperate fully.

“Just to take a step back: Anything that kills 591,116 Americans, is that something — if another nation either was responsible or knew more than they were letting on — like you said, they weren’t letting the inspectors in and that hurt the overall investigation forever — what would the president do?” a reporter asked. “Would he do anything?”

“I mean, he’s doing something right now. He’s been — he asked his team, back in March — right? — to do — to do this — to look into this — look into the origins of COVID-19,” she responded.
