Bill Gates- and George Soros-Backed Organization Buys Out COVID-19 Testing Company

A consortium backed by George Soros and Bill Gates has joined a buyout of Mologic, a COVID-19 testing company.

The Soros Economic Development Fund, an arm of Soros’ Open Society Foundations, confirmed in a July 19 statement that it has partnered with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The Soros–Gates collaboration is part of the Global Access Health initiative, which will invest “at least” $41.1 million in the project, according to the statement.

“The group has financed the acquisition of Mologic Ltd, a world-leading innovator in the development of lateral flow and rapid diagnostic technologies including tests that can help combat tropical diseases such as dengue, bilharzia, and river blindness, as well as for COVID-19,” the statement reads, noting that the purchase is an attempt to “expand access to affordable state-of-the-art medical technology through decentralized research, development, and manufacturing” in developing countries.

Founded about two decades ago by the father-and-son team of Mark and Paul Davis, Mologic previously worked with Gates’s foundation, establishing the Advanced Rapid Diagnostics in 2016. Paul Davis is also known for creating the Clearblue pregnancy test in 1988, which, according to the company, is the first application of lateral flow technology.

“Mologic’s transition into a social enterprise is a deliberate, logical, and natural step for a company focused on delivering affordable diagnostics and biotechnology to places that have been left underserved by the relentless pursuit of profiteering,” said Mark Davis in a statement. “With the support of our shareholders, donors, and partners, we have come a long way. We believe we have the people and the skills required for the challenges and opportunities ahead. And we hope this unique transaction will be an example for others to follow.”

Previously, Soros’ Open Society’s funding efforts have been aimed at “building the capacity of community-based organizations to catalyze political engagement throughout the year and not solely around elections.” They feature coordination “with our anchor and core grantees, Democracy Alliance partners and other donors, and field leaders, such as Planned Parenthood, progressive labor, and other allies.”

Soros has also received blowback in the United States for providing funding to left-wing prosecutors and district attorneys, including controversial St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner and Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon, during their elections. Soros donated more than $2 million to Gascon’s campaign.

Other left-wing prosecutors he’s provided funding to include Chicago District Attorney Kim Foxx, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, and Baltimore City state’s attorney Marilyn Mosby.

Gates earlier this month announced that his wife, Melinda, will resign from their foundation in two years if they can’t work together amid their divorce.

Congress Unveils New Law to Ban Federal Mask Mandates

(RightWing.org) On May 28, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) updated its recommendations for fully vaccinated individuals. However, it continued its face mask requirement for people traveling on “planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation” and in travel hubs like train stations and airports. A group of House Republicans joined a growing number of senators pushing back against that mandate.

On July 16, House Freedom Caucus head, Rep. Andy Biggs, introduced a bill to ban those coronavirus-related mask mandates for people using public transportation. Seven other Republican House members co-sponsored the bill, which serves as the House companion to the Senate’s Travel Mask Mandate Repeal Act of 2021, recently introduced by Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY).

The bill would lift the CDC’s ban immediately upon passage, effectively making mask-wearing voluntary and getting the federal government out of individuals’ personal health decisions.

Biggs stated that “There is no scientific evidence” supporting the continued use of masks on public transportation. He said mask mandates were “old news,” and that those orders left in place are relics from people who only want to control Americans’ “day-to-day lives.”

Perhaps, Sen. Paul put it best when he reminded the nation that “in a free country, people” are smart enough to make up their own minds about medical questions like the decision to wear a mask.

Pastor Who Was Stabbed 21 Times Forgives Attacker, Says God Kept Him Alive Through Ordeal

A pastor from Nevada who was stabbed nearly two dozen times forgives his attacker and said God kept him alive through the ordeal.

CBN News reported that Abundant Peace Church’s Rev. Russ Smethers was attacked by an unidentified assailant and stabbed with a six-inch butcher knife 21 times on the night of March 8. Smethers was rushed to the University Medical Center in Las Vegas and survived the attack with injuries on the neck, head, face, arms, and chest.

CBN News said Smethers has forgiven his attacker and “hopes to inspire others to do the same.”

“I forgave him that night when I was laying in the trauma center. People need to do that. You can’t have that hold you back from moving forward in life…that negative approach. That spreads like a virus. It goes into your life. You’re never going to forget but you must forgive,” Smethers said.

“God didn’t do this to me, He gave us free will. It means that that gentleman had the free will to stab me. God kept me alive and He made me a better person from it,” he added.

Smethers said that in the most critical moments of that night of the attack he knew that God was protecting him.

“God spoke to me and said, ‘You’re going through some stuff right now, but you’re not going to die tonight.’ It helped me, but God got me through it. It was all God. He put that extra skill in the doctors and nurses,” he recalled.

In addition, Smethers disclosed that the man who attacked him is now in prison, which he called as a “controlled environment,” which is what that man “needs” and is “safer for him.” Smethers also hopes the man will get psychological care in the same way he is getting one through a psychologist to heal from the ordeal.

British government to require covid vaccines everywhere, and for any job

The French are gathering in the streets, chanting “liberte!” and the British are marching, demanding the arrest of UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson! European governments are rolling out vaccine passports as quickly as possible, forcing people to comply with endless medical experiments, bodily requirements, digital surveillance and tracking, and a two-tiered society that discriminates and segregates the unvaccinated.

The British government is rolling out vaccine passports for clubs, pubs and restaurants now, while demanding vaccine requirements for all workers across all industries. Great Britain’s Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC) wants vaccine requirements for everyday workplaces, requiring office workers to use the NHS app to verify their compliance with the new world vaccine order. In order to have a job, the British will have to return to the office showing proof they have been “fully vaccinated.” The app will also be used to enforce all future booster shots required by the Big Pharma-Big Tech-Big Government dictatorship.

Great Britain mocks the principles of liberty and rolls out vaccine passports on “Freedom Day”

So far, the British government has coerced up to 10.4 million people to sign up for the NHS COVID pass, by threatening to take away basic freedoms if Great Britons do not comply. Ever since the vaccine verification requirements were added to the app on May 17, an influx of six million new users appeared in the NHS database.
Introducing a medical apartheid to Europe, Great Britain’s Department for Health and Social Care states, “The app’s COVID-19 vaccine status service allows users easily to show their proof of vaccine, which will help people to travel abroad, start returning to workplaces and attend large-scale events as we cautiously proceed with the roadmap.” Many people would like to believe that the lockdowns are ending, but restrictions are not being lifted. The worst is yet to come. The controls are only becoming more strict, more discriminatory and more Orwellian with each passing month.

According to the DHSC documents, the vaccine passport system will be used as “a means of entry” anywhere where people are “likely to be in close proximity to others outside their household.” This means the vaccine passport will be incorporated into every aspect of society, a permanent fixture of enslavement and discrimination. The guidance threatens all industries to adopt these “sufficient measures” or else the government will “consider mandating the NHS COVID Pass in certain venues at a later date.”

Internet service providers spent $230M on lobbying, donations

Internet service providers and their trade associations spent more than $230 million on lobbying and political donations during the 116th Congress as they influenced legislation to expand broadband access, according to a report released Monday.

Left-leaning watchdog group Common Cause authored the report in partnership with the Communications Workers of America (CWA) and cited data from OpenSecrets.org.

While the internet provider industry is powered by only a handful of companies such as Comcast, AT&T and Verizon, it typically outspends most industries on lobbying, including the real estate and tech industries. The leading telecom companies regularly rank among the top PAC donors.

Internet providers have continued to influence the debate over internet expansion as President Biden pushes for a massive high-speed internet investment in the infrastructure bill.

The White House wants to bring broadband access to the one-fifth of U.S. households that currently don’t have access to high-speed internet.

Cable companies and telecoms have lobbied White House officials to scrap their plan to invest primarily in lightning-fast fiber-optic cable. They say the proposal wouldn’t efficiently bring service to rural areas, and those government subsidies should also go toward the expansion of telecoms’ 5G wireless service.

The industry is also fighting the plan’s provision to subsidize local governments’ efforts to expand broadband. Telecoms, which have successfully pushed some states to block municipalities from operating their own broadband networks, have argued that local governments cannot reliably provide internet to underserved communities.

“To satisfy Wall Street, ISPs and trade associations are spending millions fighting legislation that would help close the digital divide,” said Shane Larson, CWA senior director for government affairs. “The impact this has on low-income communities and rural residents is devastating.”

Biden’s proposal is based on the Accessible, Affordable Internet for All Act, a bill introduced by House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.) last Congress that industry groups reported lobbying on.

10 Reasons to Question the Election

(American Thinker) It’s frustrating to hear people on the Right, including some who should know better, claim there’s “no evidence” of significant, possibly outcome-changing fraud in the last presidential election — even as the forensic audit in Arizona uncovers multiple discrepancies.

Clearly, they’re confusing “evidence” with “proof.”

No, there may not be absolute, incontrovertible proof of election fraud — yet.  But there is plenty of evidence, good reasons a rational person might question the outcome.  Here are ten that come to mind, in no particular order:

Eyewitness testimony.  Since November 3, hundreds of people have come forward to report that they personally witnessed various irregularities in the vote-counting process: ballots run through tabulating machines multiple times; “pristine” mail-in ballots; ballots that appeared to have been printed on different paper or filled out by machines — the list goes on.

Two questions come to mind.  First, what would these witnesses stand to gain by making knowingly false claims?  Many submitted actual affidavits, subjecting themselves to potential legal liability.  Second, could that many people simply be mistaken?  It seems unlikely.

Our own eyes.  Actually, the eyewitness testimony confirms what many of us have since seen for ourselves, via security camera footage: cases of ballots being pulled out from under tables in Fulton County, Georgia, right after observers were told to go home for the night.  Vans pulling up to TCF Center in Detroit, with dozens of boxes unloaded in the dead of night.

We also saw, live on television, huge, sudden jumps in vote totals for Biden, in some cases accompanied by corresponding drops in Trump’s totals.

Are there innocent, plausible explanations?  Perhaps.  But I have yet to hear any.  Mostly, we’re just told, “Move along, folks.  Nothing to see here.”

Statistical anomalies.  Some of the most persuasive evidence comes from mathematicians like Edward Solomon, who have conducted in-depth statistical analyses and concluded that the reported election results are highly improbable, if not impossible.  Documented anomalies include repeated percentages that could not occur naturally and number sequences that appear to violate Benford’s Law, governing the standard distribution of first digits.  Both are considered valid indicators of fraud in criminal cases.

Expert testimony.  Along with Solomon, we also have other internationally recognized experts like Jovan Hutton Pulitzer who have put their reputations on the line — in Pulitzer’s case, by devising a method of forensically examining ballots using computer imaging.  These are people who have little to gain from taking an unpopular position.  That they do so openly, for no other reason than that they value the truth, speaks volumes.

Credible proponents.  When pressed to choose between two sides of a controversial issue about which I’m unsure, I typically look at the proponents of the opposing views.  If one side appears more honest, rational, and credible than the other, I tend to lean that way.

Beyond the experts, there are many election skeptics whose opinions I respect.  Some are friends and family members; others are national figures like Garland Favorito; Matthew DePerno; and especially David Clements, on whose Herculean efforts much of this information is based.

Constitutional questions.  For me, one of the biggest issues is whether or not the election was conducted in accordance with the Constitution.  It appears that, in several states, it was not.

The Constitution expressly cedes authority for conducting elections to state legislatures.  But in Pennsylvania, election laws were changed by the Executive Branch and then upheld by the Judiciary, over the objections of the Legislature.  In my home state of Georgia, much of the election process seems to have been shaped by back-room deals between the governor and the “shadow governor,” Stacey Abrams.  I don’t see how either can be constitutional.

Texas Border Patrol encounters ‘largest group of migrants’ this year with over 700 apprehended in three days

Border Patrol authorities in La Grulla, Texas, encountered the biggest group of migrants in the region over the weekend for this fiscal year as over 700 individuals were apprehended by law enforcement between Friday and Sunday.

Agents from the Rio Grande City station on Saturday came across a group of 298 migrants, including 60 unaccompanied children and at least one person who tested positive for COVID-19, walking near a ranch in what was described as the “largest group of migrants encountered by RGV” authorities so far in fiscal year 2021, officials announced on Monday. The infected person was transported to a local hospital.

A day prior, authorities in the same sector found a gaggle of 235 migrants, including 27 unaccompanied minors. On Sunday, 203 migrants were found in one group, and 29 solo minors were located.

n all, 736 individuals were brought into custody by the end of the 72-hour period.

The suspected illegal crossers hailed from Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Venezuela, and Nicaragua.

“Even with the spread of the COVID-19 virus, human smugglers continue to try these brazen attempts with zero regard for the lives they endanger nor to the health of the citizens of our great nation,” Border Patrol said in a statement. “The U.S. Border Patrol agents of the Rio Grande Valley Sector will continue to safeguard the nation and community against these criminal elements.”

Vaccinated Pelosi and Biden Aides Test Positive for COVID After Meeting with Infected Texas Dems

Biden spokesperson ludicrously claims the breakthrough cases prove vaccines work.

An aide to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and a Biden staffer have both reportedly tested positive for Covid-19 after meeting with Texas Democrats, despite all parties being vaccinated.

On Tuesday, Pelosi spokesperson Drew Hammill related the development to Fox News, with saying, “Yesterday, a fully vaccinated senior spokesperson in the speaker’s press office tested positive for COVID after contact with members of the Texas state legislature last week.”

Hammill noted the Speaker did not come in contact with the infected individuals.

“This individual has had no contact with the speaker since exposure. The entire press office is working remotely today with the exception of individuals who have had no exposure to the individual or have had a recent negative test.  Our office will continue to follow the guidance of the Office of Attending Physician closely.”

Both the Pelosi and the Biden staffer had attended a rooftop reception last Wednesday where they met with Texas Democrats – six of whom also tested positive – who were in DC to avoid voting on an election integrity bill in their state.

A Biden spokesperson told Fox News the Biden staffer who tested positive has been prevented from accessing the White House, and ludicrously claimed the breakthrough corona cases prove vaccines work.

“We know that there will be breakthrough cases, but as this instance shows, cases in vaccinated individuals are typically mild…The White House is prepared for breakthrough cases with regular testing. This is another reminder of the efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccines against severe illness or hospitalization. We wish our colleague a speedy recovery.”

Asked on Tuesday whether the Texas Democrats’ trip to DC was considered a “super spreader” event, White House spokesperson Jen Psaki dismissed the label.

Pulitzer-Winning Art Critic Reveals What Hunter Biden’s Paintings Are Really Worth

Last month, we reported that Hunter Biden’s first solo art show was coming soon and that his paintings were expected to sell for between $75,000 and half a million dollars each.

From the pieces that I was able to see, I found them mediocre, but the media gushed over Hunter’s newfound art hobby, professed his talent, and some “experts” claimed his work is actually good.

I wonder who they voted for in November, right?

Never mind the inflated prices and the whole thing about all the purchases being confidential.

Move along, nothing to see here!

But, seriously, how can we be sure that Hunter Biden’s artwork is worth what it’s said to be? Well, I’m no professional art critic, but Sebastian Smee is. He is a Pulitzer Prize-winning art critic for the Washington Post, and he says Hunter’s paintings aren’t all that great.

In an interview with CNN’s Chris Cillizza, Smee was asked outright: “Is Hunter Biden’s work any good, aesthetically speaking?”

“For me, not really,” Smee told him. “I’ve only seen it in reproduction, so I’m sure I’m missing a lot: texture, layering, detail. Parts of them look technically impressive. But the style is eclectic in a way that makes his work feel neither one thing nor another.”

“Most great artists, whatever style of art they make, have been trying to make art all their lives,” Smee added. “They are fully devoted to what they do. To me, Biden seems a bit of a dabbler.”

Smee assessed that the art seems to serve no purpose other than as a therapeutic exercise but insists that “if I were a museum curator, I would struggle to find compelling reasons to share it with the public.”

Disgraced Hollywood movie producer Harvey Weinstein handed over for extradition to face sex-crime charges in California

Harvey Weinstein, the Hollywood filmmaker whose notorious litany of alleged sex crimes supercharged the #MeToo movement, is being extradited to California to face rape and related charges after delaying tactics finally ran out.

Weinstein, 69, was handed over to authorities for transport to California from New York on Tuesday morning, according to New York state corrections officials. The former studio boss had been incarcerated at a prison near Buffalo, in upstate New York, since being sentenced in March 2020 to 23 years behind bars on convictions of rape and sexual assault against two women.

Awaiting Weinstein in California are 11 counts of sex crimes against five women in the Los Angeles area from 2004 to 2013. He allegedly exploited his power as one of Hollywood’s most influential producers – Weinstein and his brother, Bob Weinstein, founded Miramax – to sexually assault or harass dozens of actresses and other young women, then use an ‘army of spies’ to silence his victims.

In California, Weinstein is accused of rape, forcible oral copulation, sexual battery by restraint, and sexual penetration by use of force. Prosecutors there first charged him in January 2020, just as the defendant’s New York trial for allegedly raping an aspiring actress and forcing a production assistant to perform oral sex was getting underway.

Because a grand jury confirmed the California charges against Weinstein in March of this year, prosecutors will be able to skip a public hearing to show probable cause, meaning his case can be advanced to trial more quickly.
