“Experts” suggest getting “very aggressive” with those who choose not to get vaccinated.
CNN continued its wall to wall broadcasts calling for unvaccinated people to be punished, with analysts again calling for those who haven’t gotten the COVID shots to be segregated from society and forced to pay for tests every single day.
First up was CNN’s resident medical health “expert” Dr. Leana Wen who called for vaccine passports and forever masking.
“I think it depends on the circumstance,” Wen said, explaining “So if you’re going to the grocery store, and the grocery store doesn’t have the capacity to enforce some kind of proof of vaccination, then they have to say that indoor masking needs to apply, because we don’t know who’s vaccinated and who’s not.”
“The same thing for schools,” Wen continued, adding “Schools, you can’t expect the teacher in every school to be asking ‘well you’re not wearing a mask so are you vaccinated or not?’ And so that’s the case, everyone should be wearing masks.”
“But I can imagine there are already concert venues or workplaces that are saying ‘if you are not vaccinated, you can’t come, or you have to get a negative test.’ And that’s what’s needed in order to really incentivize vaccines at this point,” Wen further stated.

A football coach from Washington State who was fired for praying after games reportedly is taking his case to the United States Supreme Court.
The Christian Headlines said high school football coach Joseph Kennedy will be taking his case to the Supreme Court after his case represented by First Liberty against Bremerton School District was rejected by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit last Monday.
Kennedy was initially suspended in 2015 by Bremerton School for praying alone after games, which players would join voluntarily. He was then fired by the school. He filed a lawsuit in the district court, who ruled in favor of the school. He then contested the district court’s ruling in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit but they rejected the appeal to rehear the case.
The Ninth Circuit rejected Kennedy’s appeal because he “spoke as a public employee” that prohibits him from engaging in “religiously affiliated actions” beyond locations and occasions designated by the school, which were “school building, athletic facility, or press box” and in the field after the said premises have been vacated by players so he can pray by himself.
Accordingly, Kennedy was sent by the school in September 2015 a letter notifying him that an inquiry was being conducted on District staff’s appropriate compliance to the Board Policy 2340 or the “Religious-Related Activities and Practices” Policy in line with the school’s football program.
The notice cited “two problematic practices” Kennedy has incorporated in the football program, such as “providing an inspirational talk at midfield following the completion of the game” that “included overtly religious references” and even invites the entire opposing team to take part in. The other practice involved leading “the students and coaching staff in a prayer” that players can opt-out of as was customarily done even before Kennedy became the coach.
Overall, the notice then reminded Kennedy of the need to adhere to the policy and of respecting the First Amendment in line with the Establishment Clause. The notice did not forbid Kennedy to stop giving the inspirational talks but to refocus it in line with the football program. Similarly, prayer and other religious activity was not forbidden “so long as it does not interfere with job responsibilities.”
First Liberty responded to the notice a month after by pointing out that Kennedy “never received a complaint about his post-game personal prayers” that he did “after his official duties have ceased.” The legal nonprofit organization also pointed out Kennedy never forced anyone in his prayers.
After winning a court case to allow his name to be on the Sept.14 recall election ballot seeking to remove Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom, a poll reveals conservative radio talk show host Larry Elder is leading the pack of candidates in the race.
Elder is also the only candidate who garnered double digits with 16 percent of respondents choosing him in the poll, conducted of more than 1,000 registered voters with a plus/minus 2.9 percent margin of error.
VICTORY: Larry Elder won his court challenge Wednesday to California Secretary of State Shirley Weber, who must place him on the list of candidates in the Sep. 14 election to recall incumbent Gov. Gavin Newsom (D). https://t.co/mB1mycyoSf
John Cox and Kevin Faulconer tied from second behind Elder at 6 percent. Kevin Kiley and Caitlyn Jenner tied for third at 4 percent. A majority of voters said they aren’t sure who they will vote for — 53 percent remain undecided.
The San Francisco television outlet KRON4 reported on the development:
Earlier this week, Elder said he filed all the necessary paperwork to qualify for a slot on the ballot, including over 300 pages of tax returns that are required to become a candidate. But Elder was not included on the preliminary list of 41 candidates running in the recall election.
Elder’s campaign argued that under state law, Weber has the authority, if not the duty, to “fix” any redaction errors for the public. The campaign said Weber’s office has not informed Elder of its specific objections to the filing of his tax returns and added that Weber was “effectively engaging in voter suppression” by denying voters the ability to choose Elder.
The campaign also said Weber’s decision violates the equal protection clause of the California Constitution because Newsom did not have to comply with the same tax return disclosures.
Pennsylvania’s top election official has decertified Fulton County’s voting system for future elections because it gave third-party election auditors access to its election databases.
QUICK FACTS:
Acting Secretary of State Veronica Degraffenreid (D) made the announcement on Wednesday.
Fulton County apparently violated the state election code by giving third party access to its election databases and other certified equipment in an audit of the 2020 results, according to Reuters.
The third party, Wake Technology Services Inc, was being used by Republicans to audit the 2020 presidential election results.
Secretary Degraffenreid—an appointee of Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf—said, “These actions were taken in a manner that was not transparent,” and, “As a result of the access granted to Wake TSI, Fulton County’s certified system has been compromised.”
BACKGROUND:
It was requested by Republican state Senators Doug Mastriano and Judy Ward.
Mastriano and Ward asked county officials to allow Wake Technology Services Inc to probe the county’s results.
Wake TSI is a software company based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, that carried out an election assessment that involved its workers visiting Fulton County in December 2020 and in early February, according to The Epoch Times.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has reportedly released a video circulating online threatening to launch a “continuous” nuclear war on Japan.
QUICK FACTS:
In the five-minute video, China apparently vows to attack Japan with nuclear bombs if Japan attempts to intervene in China’s conflict with Taiwan.
China’s declaration of “full-scale war” against Japan if the Taiwan disagreement escalates is “stoking World War Three fears,” according to The U.S. Sun.
China said Japan will be the “exception” to China’s stated policy to not use nuclear weapons against non-nuclear powers.
“We will use nuclear bombs first. We will use nuclear bombs continuously. We will do this until Japan declares unconditional surrender for the second time,” China stated in the video.
“There will be no peace talks,” says China at the end of the video.
A local Chinese government committee—Baoji Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China—posted the video, according to BusinessInsider.
The video is live on the YouTube-like platform Xigua, according to Newsweek.

“When we liberate Taiwan, if Japan dares to intervene by force—even if it only deploys one soldier, one plane or one ship—we will not only return fire but also wage full-scale war against Japan itself.”
“In 1964, when our first atomic bomb was successfully detonated, we promised the world that we would not use atomic bombs against non-nuclear countries and that we would not be the first to use them. Nearly 60 years have passed. Although the strength of our nuclear deterrent has been somewhat affected this decision has been a success, and has safeguarded our peace when we built our country.”
China said the international “situation” has changed and “our country is in the midst of a major change that has not been seen in a century and all political policies, tactics, and strategies must be adjusted and changed in the midst of such a major change.”
“In order to protect the peaceful rise of our country, it is necessary to make limited adjustments to our nuclear policy. We solemnly put forward the ‘Japan exception theory.’ In modern history, Japan has taken the initiative to harm the Chinese people many times, including the first Sino-Japanese war in 1894-1895, when it took over Taiwan and made us pay more than 230 million taels of silver in reparations. And the world invasion of China of 1931-1945, when more than 35 million Chinese were killed and wounded.”
China contends that “if Japan goes to war with China for the third time, the Chinese people will take revenge on the old and the new scores.”
The CCP released the video at the same time as the Tokyo Olympics are set to commence.
Japanese Deputy Prime Minister Taro Aso has affirmed, “We must defend Taiwan, under our alliance with the U.S.,” according to the Sun.
The PLA released a military recruitment video last year showing an H-6K bomber simulating a strike on the US territory of Guam, according to Sky News.
Professor Stephan Fruhling of the Australian National University’s Strategic and Defence Studies Centre believes the sentiments expressed in the clip are unlikely to be echoed by Beijing’s more powerful political cadres, according to News.com.au. However, Fruhling also warns, “The possibility that (Beijing) would use nuclear weapons against Japan or the US if they thought it would make the difference between victory and defeat in a war over Taiwan is, in my view, very real.”
One commenter online said, “This video is what many people of our country think,” according to Insider.
“Good! I fully support this! The day of revenge is coming!” said another, while one more wrote that Japan’s nuclear reactors would “take care of business” if China fires missiles at them.
The CDC revised downward its official number of deaths reported to VAERS following COVID vaccines, but an analysis of VAERS data shows the CDC arrived at the new, lower number, by excluding reports of deaths from outside the U.S.
The CDC said July 16 that since the mid-December rollout of COVID vaccines in the U.S., VAERS had received 12,313 reports of death among people who received a COVID vaccine — a sharp increase from the 6,079 U.S. deaths reported by the CDC the previous week.
However, as of 3:30 p.m. ET on July 21, the CDC website had revised downward the number of U.S. VAERS reports related to COVID vaccination deaths — from 12,313 to 6,079 deaths occurring between Dec. 14, 2020 and July 19, 2021, Precision Vaccinations reported.
Later that day, as of 7:30 p.m. ET, the CDC’s website showed 6,207 U.S. reports of death occurring between Dec. 14, 2020 through July 19, 2021, among people who received a COVID vaccine.
On July 21, the CDC’s number of 6,079 coincided with what ABC News reported Wednesday as the number of U.S. deaths reported to VAERS between Dec. 14, 2020 and July 12, 2021.
A CDC spokeswoman the number the agency displayed on its website July 16 — and continued to display until the afternoon of July 21 — was not correct.
The July 16 number was “double” that of the previous day, so it was “definitely” incorrect,” the spokeswoman said. “We checked our stats internally and it’s only 6,000. So someone doing an update misrepresented that or made a mistake, in other words.”
The spokeswoman was unable to say when the error would be fixed. “It’s being worked out,” she said.
The Defender contacted the CDC for clarification, but the CDC did not respond.
VAERS, run jointly by the CDC and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), is the U.S. early warning system that monitors the safety of vaccines after they are authorized or licensed for use by the FDA.
Investigative journalist Alex Berenson first reported on the VAERS number in question July 21. Berenson attributed the increase in reported deaths to a likely “massive backlog” of reports, or the accidental addition of 6,000 foreign death reports.
OMG. The @CDCGOV really is this stupid. They just changed the vaccine death report count again – LOWERING it to 6,079 from 12,313.
Looks like somebody added 6,000 foreign death reports to the US count in this week’s VAERS update, and no one noticed.
“We don’t know at this point why the number of death reports in the system doubled in a week. Probably the answer is not a new surge in deaths, but older deaths being added to the system,” Berenson said. “But given VAERS’s importance as a monitoring mechanism, CDC must explain quickly.”

How The Defenders reports on VAERS data
Every Friday, VAERS makes public all vaccine injury reports received as of a specified date, usually about a week prior to the release date. Reports submitted to VAERS require further investigation before a causal relationship can be confirmed.
The Defender reports on deaths, serious injuries and adverse events reported to VAERS.
