National Security Council Advisor Says Biden ‘Can’t Say a Sentence’

Henry Appel, an advisor in the Intelligence Programs Directorate under the National Security Council, admitted to undercover reporters with the O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) that President Joe Biden “can’t say a sentence,” revealing the extent of his cognitive decline.

“Joe Biden is, like, dead. Not literally. Like, he, like, can’t say a sentence,” he said.

“He’s like, really progressed in his old age. Everybody recognizes it. I can’t believe it wasn’t a bigger scandal earlier,” Appel said.

He went on to describe a situation where Biden called National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan’s office. Sullivan was out at the time.

Appel said Biden called the office phone more than once, thinking he called Sullivan’s personal number.

“Another time, my boss [Sullivan] was on an international trip with him [Biden], like in Europe or something. The phone rang in the office and I picked it up.”

Appel said that Biden asked him if Sullivan was in the office, to which he responded, “No, he’s traveling with you. He’s on the same trip that you are.”

He noted that Biden will be “dead in a year. Or he’ll be, like, out of public life.”

Appel described another instance where Biden was unable to understand the phrase “novel phenomenon.”

“Biden was like, ‘novel?’ What do you mean, like a book?'”

The conversation shifted to the incoming Trump administration. Appel said White House staff is “concerned” about Trump officials “coming after” them.

He added that “there were a lot of tears the next morning” after Trump won the 2024 Presidential Election.
