My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell Calls Florida Governor Ron DeSantis a ‘Trojan Horse’ (Watch)

My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell has called Florida Governor Ron DeSantis a “Trojan horse” and questioned his conservative credentials during a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Thursday, The Hill reports.

Lindell, an ally of former President Trump, accused the media of covering up for DeSantis.

“He is a Trojan horse; he is the Trojan horse. Do not believe anything you’re reading by the media about Ron DeSantis,” Lindell said.

Lindell pointed to DeSantis’s battle with Disney over the state’s Parental Rights in Education law, which limited instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity in elementary schools.

Critics of the law misleadingly refer to it as the “Don’t Say Gay” bill.

“Now I’ll tell you what Ron DeSantis – and he’s got money behind him – did he do anything for Disney? Remember that was the big thing, you’re gonna go after Disney,” Lindell said. “He did nothing, they got everything they wanted, everything.”

Lindell has been a vocal supporter of Trump and a proponent of claims of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

He has faced legal action from voting machine company Dominion Voting Systems over his claims about the company’s role in the election.
