Illinois Voters Attempt to Remove Biden From Ballot, Claim He is ‘Ineligible’

Illinois voters have filed to remove Joe Biden from the state ballot.

Citizens claim the president is “ineligible” to run due to supporting foreign enemies, according to the State Journal-Register.

“Our objection is to reinforce that We The People will not tolerate betrayal,” said one resident.

“Biden has given aid and comfort to enemies of the Constitution and the United States by, among other things, failing to enforce the laws of the United States, allowing entry of enemy agents illegally into the country including tens of thousands of military age men, and abandoning assets of the United States to the possession of our enemies,” citizens wrote in the filing.

American Faith reported that Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) announced that he is looking to keep Joe Biden off of the Florida ballot.

“I do think the US Supreme Court is going to have to take the case,” DeSantis said, referring to Colorado’s decision to prohibit Trump from the ballot. “I do think they’re going to have to rein this in, because I just think if you look at it, it just becomes too different.”

“You could make a case — we’re actually, I’m actually looking at this in Florida now. Could we make a credible case that Biden, because of the invasion of eight million?” he said.
