Illegal Alien Threatens to Kill Trump

An illegal alien with a long criminal record has been arrested after allegedly threatening to assassinate President Donald Trump. On May 22, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents took 54-year-old Mexican national Ramon Morales-Reyes into custody after he handed an intelligence officer a handwritten note vowing to kill the president at one of his rallies before self-deporting.

“We are tired of this president messing with us Mexicans,” Morales-Reyes wrote in the note, claiming, “I will use my 30 yard 6 to shoot your precious president in is [sic] head.”

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem praised ICE for swiftly detaining Morales-Reyes, warning that the arrest comes in the wake of multiple assassination threats against Trump, including a recent call for his assassination by former FBI Director James Comey and last year’s shooting at Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Noem urged politicians and media figures to tone down anti-Trump rhetoric in light of these threats.

Morales-Reyes has illegally crossed the U.S.-Mexico border at least nine times between 1998 and 2005 and has a criminal history that includes felony hit-and-run, criminal damage to property, and domestic abuse charges. He will remain in ICE custody at the Dodge County Jail in Juneau, Wisconsin, pending deportation to Mexico.

The incident highlights ongoing concerns over border security and the dangerous consequences of the Biden-era immigration crisis. The repeated entry of a known criminal alien, now threatening the life of a former president, underscores the urgency of enforcing immigration laws and securing the southern border.

The arrest of Morales-Reyes highlights the grave national security risks posed by the unchecked flow of illegal aliens into the United States. With a criminal history spanning nearly two decades and multiple illegal entries across the southern border, Morales-Reyes represents a disturbing failure of the immigration system to protect American citizens and uphold the rule of law. The incident has reignited calls among conservatives for stronger border enforcement, an end to catch-and-release policies, and immediate deportation of known criminal aliens who threaten public safety and national leaders.
