Ilhan Omar Calls Anti-War Protesters ‘Dangerous Propagandists’

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) said military aid to Ukraine is for displaced “little children like [her]” after a man declared at a town hall meeting that Omar is a “warmonger” for sending money to Ukraine despite being “anti-war.” Omar then said that only those from wartorn countries can dictate how she “gets to vote.”

From The Gateway Pundit:

“You were supposed to be a progressive Democrat, ‘anti-war’,” a man in the audience jeered during the town hall. “Anti-war! Eighty billion to Ukraine is not anti-war.”

“Unless you are someone like me that has been that child, you do not get to tell me what my votes mean and how I get to vote in supporting people,” the Minnesota congresswoman chided.

Following the town hall, Omar defended herself against the “dangerous propagandists” that disrupted her event.

“I am sorry, you all aren’t ‘anti-war protesters,’ you are dangerous propagandists who are literally making a mockery of the anti-war movement,” she lamented on Twitter.”I have never had the pleasure of responding to [Russia’s] ridiculous internet disinformation in person before. Thank you for the opportunity.”
