Hollywood Melts Down Over Trump’s First 100 Days—Again

Hollywood’s left-wing elite are reigniting their anti-Trump crusade as President Donald Trump completes his first 100 days back in office. Late-night hosts, liberal comedians, and celebrities are once again using their platforms to attack the administration, echoing the hostility seen during Trump’s first term.

ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel responded to Trump’s re-election with visible emotion, referring to administration officials as “animals” in a Rolling Stone interview. He described his show as a place for liberals to “scream” under Trump’s leadership.

NBC’s Seth Meyers has shifted from comedy to political activism, advising Democrats on messaging strategies. He urged liberals to focus on their own narratives rather than critiquing others, emphasizing the need to offer voters a choice they felt deprived of in the last election.

Former late-night host Amber Ruffin lost an opportunity to host the White House Correspondents’ Association gala after revealing her planned remarks, which included dehumanizing comments about Trump supporters. She stated that treating Team Trump as human beings would be inappropriate, reflecting the deepening divide in political discourse.

“Saturday Night Live” continues to target President Trump while largely ignoring controversies involving Democrats. The show’s sketches focus on mocking Trump, avoiding topics like alleged connections between Democratic politicians and criminal activities.

Comedian Bill Burr, known for his unfiltered commentary, has directed his criticism toward Elon Musk, a prominent supporter of Trump. Burr labeled Musk a Nazi and criticized billionaires, aligning with a new Democratic talking point that overlooks their own affiliations with influential figures like George Soros.

Celebrities continue to spread misinformation about President Trump without facing significant backlash. Both Ruffin and “Hacks” star Hannah Einbinder have perpetuated the debunked “very fine people” narrative, with little to no correction from mainstream media or fact-checkers.

Some liberal celebrities have migrated from X to Bluesky, a platform favored by the modern Left, resulting in reduced visibility for their anti-Trump rhetoric. Notably, figures like Stephen King have returned to X after brief departures, indicating a desire for broader reach.

As President Trump’s administration progresses, Hollywood’s renewed resistance underscores the persistent ideological divide between the entertainment industry and conservative America.
