Actress Halle Berry is stepping up to assist victims of the devastating Los Angeles wildfires, announcing plans to donate her “entire closet” to help those in desperate need of basic items.
Berry is urging others to contribute as well, calling on anyone who can to donate clothing for the thousands of residents who have lost everything in the fires.
Taking to Instagram, Berry shared information about COOP, a small home goods store in Beverly Hills that is spearheading a collection of clothing and blankets for affected families.
She also revealed she is working alongside actress Sharon Stone to amplify the donation drive.
The Los Angeles wildfires have caused widespread destruction, claiming at least 24 lives, destroying over 10,000 homes and businesses, and displacing approximately 80,000 people.
Berry’s efforts underscore the importance of community action during these tragic times.
