Germany’s Potsdam Regional Court has decided the Letzte Generation, or Last Generation, may be a “criminal organization.”
German officials launched investigations into the group following attacks on PCK raw material refiners and an attack against a Monet painting.
The activists will be prosecuted for “supporting illegal action” if found guilty.
