Gender-Fluid School Bathroom Rapist Takes Third Victim, Court Proceedings Allege

New revelations from court proceedings in the Loudoun County, Virginia school bathroom rape case show that the convicted rapist, a biological male who claimed to be gender-fluid and donned a skirt before preying on a female student, is alleged to have a third victim.

The convicted rapist, whose name has been withheld due to his minor status, was reportedly sentenced this week to a residential treatment program and probation until the age of 18 on two counts of forcible sodomy, with the judge on the case remarking that a psychosexual profile of the young offender “scared” her for society.

In addition to treatment and probation, the 15-year-old gender-fluid rapist will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

“Over the years this court has read many psychosexual reports, and when I read yours, frankly, it scared me,” Judge Pamela Brooks told the gender-fluid rapist, according to local media reports. “It scared me for you, it scared me for society.”

Through court proceedings, it was revealed that that there is allegedly a third victim of the gender-fluid bathroom rapist. She has not moved forward with pressing charges.

This has invited speculation that cover-ups and retaliation by school district officials in the other two cases have persuaded the victim to remain silent.

“I hope one day you tell them what you did to that [third] girl,” one of the victims of the gender-fluid rapist said in court, noting that her attacker could never be truly rehabilitated as long as he is not held fully accountable for each of the assaults.

Judge Brooks also acknowledged the third attack, previously unknown to the public, saying that an investigative report on the situation documents the existence of a third victim.

As previously reported by National File, Loudoun County Public Schools has been embroiled in multiple sex assault scandals since May of 2021, with teachers and students alike facing sex charges in various unrelated cases.

The district, one of the wealthiest in the entire country, was among the first in Virginia to enact “trans-affirming” bathroom and pronoun policies in line with the pro-trans Virginia Values Act, passed by Democrats and establishment Republicans in the state legislature. T

he act opened girls’ restrooms up to men, and was repeatedly cited by the Virginia Department of Education as the legal basis for forcing school districts to adopt the radical policies.

When the initial bathroom rape took place, district officials covered it up and violated state law in failing to report it through proper channels.

They ordered the initial victim’s father, Scott Smith, arrested for demanding answers, and the county’s Soros-funded prosecutor convicted him on two misdemeanor charges, while the gender-fluid rapist switched schools and went on to attack again.

In an appearance on Tucker Carlson Tonight following the sentencing of his daughter’s attacker, father Scott Smith revealed that, in addition to the school district’s crusade against him, his daughter had been the victim of retaliation upon returning to school, facing a physical assault that led to charges of malicious wounding against the assailants. Smith says a court date, in that case, is upcoming.

Incoming Attorney General of Virginia, Jason Miyares, has promised a full investigation into the left-wing school district.

The conduct of Loudoun County school officials, as well as those in neighboring northern Virginia localities, played a central role in Virginia’s recent gubernatorial election, prompting a Republican wave as parents stood up to radical school boards and radical Richmond Democrats.
