Frank Stallone Blows Up at Minnesota Democrats in Viral Rant

Frank Stallone, the younger brother of actor Sylvester Stallone, took to Instagram to sharply criticize Democrats in Minnesota for their handling of protests and federal immigration enforcement, suggesting that President Donald Trump might have to invoke the Insurrection Act if tensions continue.

In the video post and accompanying caption, Stallone didn’t mince words about his views on the situation in Minneapolis and St. Paul. He argued that the cities have “fallen apart” and said that out‑of‑state agitators, along with Democratic leaders, are “distorting the facts” and “perpetuating trouble” against law enforcement. He slammed protesters for allegedly intimidating children and called for stronger responses from authorities.

“It’s very sad to see what’s going on in Minnesota right now… it’s just falling apart,” he said, expressing frustration with what he sees as lawlessness and a lack of accountability. Stallone argued that people shouldn’t be allowed within 25 feet of federal officers or police during confrontations, and warned that ongoing violence could force Trump to resort to extraordinary measures like the Insurrection Act.

Stallone acknowledged that Americans have a right to protest, but said that protests should be peaceful and organized with proper permits in designated areas. “If you want to protest, get a permit… go have at it,” he said. “But when they say it’s peaceful — it’s the furthest thing from peaceful.”

He also weighed in on the broader debate over immigration enforcement, stressing that if someone is in the country illegally, “illegal is illegal,” and that compliance with law enforcement is key to avoiding trouble. Drawing on his own experiences with police, he advised people to show proper identification and cooperate to stay out of legal trouble.

Stallone concluded with a stark warning for Minnesota, likening the potential future of the Twin Cities to the dystopian world of Escape from New York if conditions don’t improve. He expressed sympathy for everyday residents caught up in the unrest, but urged political leaders to “get it together.”

This isn’t Stallone’s first public political critique. In previous statements, he has also lambasted Democratic leadership for what he sees as rampant crime and disorder in other states, including California.
