Fox News ratings have fallen in the 25-54 age demographic after the network removed Tucker Carlson.
Ratings have plummeted to the degree that Sean Hannity’s show is now behind MSNBC’s Joy Reid.
Prior to Carlson’s exit, Hannity’s show averaged around 3 million viewers, but is now averaging 1.7 million viewers.
Fox News and MSNBC have been “neck and neck in the cable news ratings in recent days,” Mediaite reported, noting that Fox’s The Five has remained the top-rated cable news show.
Reporting from Conservative Brief:
Fox News has maintained an impressive streak of 120 weeks as the leader in average weekly primetime viewership, falling just short of two years and four months. The last time the network did not secure the top spot in weekly viewership was in mid-February 2021.
