Fox News’ ‘Gutfield!’ Hits Record Ratings During Trump Appearance

Fox News’ “Gutfeld!” hit record ratings when former President Donald Trump appeared on the show this week, attracting 4.9 million viewers.

The episode, featuring Trump alongside regulars like Kat Timpf and Tyrus, set the highest audience numbers since the program launched in 2021.

During the show, the former president discussed topics such as his assassination attempts against him and his golf game.

“If they told you that the shooter was there, would you have tried to take him out with your 3 wood?” Gutfield asked Trump, referring to the latest assassination attempt at his golf course in Florida.

“I think so,” Trump said. “If I knew. Actually, the Secret Service did a great job. They saw the barrel of a gun – big gun – and it came out through the bushes. And how many people would see that? He really was exceptional to have done it.”

In the key 25-54 age demographic, it had 744,000 viewers, beating out other major primetime shows like ABC’s “The Golden Bachelorette” and CBS’ “Survivor.”
