Forbes Names Dylan Mulvaney in ’30 Under 30′ List

Transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney was listed on Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list under the social media category.

“Businesswoman special !!! This was my dream, I couldn’t be more grateful. And buckle up, we’re just getting started,” Mulvaney wrote on Instagram.

The announcement was condemned on social media.

Journalist Nick Sorter tweeted, “What are Dylan’s accomplishments, you ask? Playing dress up and DEMANDING you call him a woman What a joke.”

Forbes’ description of Mulvaney read, The actress and LGBTQ+ activist gained viral fame with her ‘Days of Girlhood’ TikTok series, which documented her gender transition and drew more than 1 billion views. ‘Whether somebody’s trans or not, I just hope they can watch my videos and feel inspired to unlock a new part of themselves,’ she says.”

“Mulvaney, who was named a 2023 Forbes Top Creator and raked in an estimated $2 million in earnings last year, found herself at the center of an unexpected political crossfire after Bud Light paid her to post a video featuring a custom beer with her face on the can, sparking a widespread boycott of the brand.”

In May, Mulvaney said he wished to become pregnant.

“So, I recently told my parents that I may be a little bit romantically interested in women. And that was a big shock for them considering the past 10 years of coming out as gay, then queer, then non-binary, then trans. And I think it was just a bit of a shock,” Mulvaney said in a video.

In a surprising turn in the conversation with his father, Mulvaney recounted, “So, I tell my dad and he goes, ‘Well, I would love to see you get a woman pregnant,’ and I said, ‘Oh, no, no, no… she would be getting me pregnant.’”
