Florida Mother Loses Lawsuit After Being Banned From Volunteering at Elementary School Over OnlyFans Account

A Florida judge has ruled against a mother who sued the Orange County Public School District after being barred from volunteering at her children’s elementary school due to her OnlyFans account.

In 2023, Victoria Triece filed a $1 million lawsuit against the district, claiming her removal from Sand Lake Elementary School in Orlando violated her free speech rights and constituted sexual cyber harassment. She alleged that school officials shared her explicit content with media outlets and her employer.

Triece said the school only permitted her to participate in virtual events.

“I don’t think any mom, any dad, anybody in the position that I’m in should be going through this,” Victoria Triece told Fox 35 Orlando “Be told what you do in your private life will affect you seeing your children in any realm at all. It’s just a, morally it’s just wrong.”

The mother explained, “The reason that I even started with OnlyFans was because I didn’t want a 9 to 5. I wanted to still be involved.”

Triece, 31, suspects that a fellow parent shared posts from her OnlyFans to the Orange County school board around 18 months ago.

The OnlyFans mom is now suing the school district for allegedly preventing her from participating in her child’s school activities.

After a legal battle, a judge ruled on January 29 that Triece had no inherent right to volunteer at the school. The court noted that:

The school’s volunteer policy does not guarantee participation or an appeal process.
Her privacy was not violated, as her OnlyFans images were publicly available.

Triece expressed disappointment, arguing that her personal life should not define her ability to be a dedicated parent.

“It doesn’t validate, like it’s not my whole life. That’s a part of my life, but it’s not my life of being a mom or being a parent,” she stated.
