Last week, a federal judge required the liquidation of host Alex Jones’ personal assets.
Judge Christopher Lopez approved Jones’ request to change a Chapter 11 business reorganization to a Chapter 7 personal bankruptcy.
“This is probably the end of Infowars here very, very soon. If not today, in the next few weeks or months,” Alex Jones told reporters before his hearing. “But it’s just the beginning of my fight against tyranny.”
According to CBS, many of Jones’ personal assets will be sold off, but he is expected to keep his primary home in Texas and other belongings that are exempt from bankruptcy liquidation.
In December 2022, Jones filed for personal bankruptcy protection in a Texas court after the Sandy Hook verdict.
Jones was ordered at the time to pay an additional $473 million dollars on top of the already $960 million in damages to Sandy Hook families for declaring the shooting was a hoax.
