Fani Willis’ Daughter Arrested For Driving with Suspended License in Georgia

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ daughter was reportedly arrested in Georgia for driving with a suspended license recently.

25-year-old Kinaya Willis was pulled over for driving while using a cell phone in Tyrone, Georgia when officers realized she had a suspended license.

Kinaya Willis told the police officer that she was using her cell phone “due to her mother calling her related to her pregnancy.”

She allegedly told an officer from the Tyrone Police Department she was ‘unaware’ her license was revoked on May 13 for the same offense.

In August 2023, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) initiated an inquiry into whether Fani Willis collaborated with federal officials regarding the indictment of former President Donald Trump and other key figures.

The committee investigated the Fulton County District Attorney’s actions to discern if they held a political motivation.

“Ms. Willis’s indictment and prosecution implicate substantial federal interests, and the circumstances surrounding her actions raise serious concerns about whether such actions are politically motivated,” Jordan said at the time.

Earlier this year, Willis won her primary election challenge Tuesday night, advancing her to face her Republican opponent in November.

Willis defeated Democrat attorney Christian Wise Smith in a rematch of their race four years ago.
