Former President Donald Trump was quickly secured by Secret Service agents after an individual, suspected of being armed, was spotted near Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach Sunday.
The agents opened fire after observing what appeared to be a firearm.
A Trump spokesperson, Steven Cheung, confirmed, “President Trump is safe following gunshots in his vicinity. No further details at this time.”
