The War on DOGE Intensifies Amid Deep State Resistance

The conflict between the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and entrenched bureaucratic forces has escalated. As Elon Musk and his team work to dismantle elements of the Deep State, their opponents are pushing back aggressively. Reports indicate that leftist activists are now targeting DOGE employees, fueled by narratives from mainstream media outlets.

Bluesky, a self-described “moderated” social media platform, has emerged as a hub for those decrying the reforms championed by Musk and President Donald Trump. Ironically, while its users claim to oppose authoritarianism, some are openly calling for violence against DOGE employees.

Meanwhile, internal government resistance to DOGE is growing. Bureaucrats are reportedly obstructing DOGE investigators, attempting to prevent oversight and transparency. By exposing the identities of DOGE employees, these media narratives provide fuel for activists seeking to intimidate and harass them.

Elon Musk remains undeterred, deploying top talent into government agencies to challenge the status quo. While establishment forces—including bureaucrats and legacy media—react with outrage, these reforms threaten long-standing networks of influence and financial dependency.

Just earlier this week, DOGE exposed the poor management of tax-payer dollars by USAID. Funds from USAID were leaked to be going towards DEI efforts in other countries, including:

  • $2.5M to promote DEI in Serbia
  • $70K for a DEI musical in Ireland
  • $47K for a transgender opera in Colombia
  • $32K for a transgender comic book in Peru

Senator Chuck Schumer spoke out in response to the defunding of USAID, saying, “If DOGE can take out USAID, next it might be the IRS or intelligence agencies.”

Investigative journalist James O’Keefe has further exposed how bureaucrats within the Department of Homeland Security actively seek to undermine their responsibilities, reinforcing concerns about government inefficiency.

The stakes of this battle extend beyond policy disputes. Trump and DOGE are striking at key pillars of the Democratic Party’s power, including the financial pipelines sustaining transnational elites. Billions of taxpayer dollars that traditionally fund NGOs and bureaucratic institutions are now at risk of being cut off.

As the battle for government accountability unfolds, tensions are rising. Those with vested interests in maintaining the status quo recognize the existential threat posed by DOGE reforms. The coming months will prove decisive in determining whether Trump and Musk can dismantle the entrenched bureaucracy and restore accountability to the federal government.
