Former right-wing Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro has been admitted to a hospital in Orlando, Florida, due to “abdominal pain.” Bolsonaro has been hospitalized several times since being stabbed in 2018. Representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN) said “Bolsonaro should not be given refuge in Florida,” and condemned the recent riot at the Brazilian capitol. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) also said “the US must cease granting refuge to Bolsonaro in Florida.”
