Day 2 of 3 of Kari Lake’s trial in the Maricopa County Superior Court is underway.
Lake’s trial regards the county’s refusal to authenticate affidavit signatures after the Arizona Supreme Court remanded Lake’s claim that the failure to appropriately verify signatures is a sign of fraud.
“11 of the signature verification workers approved 170k signatures at a rate of less than 0 and 2.99 seconds with a 99.97% approval rating,” said Lake’s attorney Kurt Olsen.
