Climate Activist Says People Shouldn’t Fly to Fiji After Flying There Herself, Interviewer Can’t Stop Laughing (Video)

A climate change activist recently told an interviewer that people shouldn’t fly by plane during the current alleged “climate crisis” after she herself flew there just months prior.

QUICK FACTS:
  • ‘School Strike 4 Climate’ activist Izzy Cook claims no one should be flying in a plane to places such as Fiji after she recently flew on a plane to Fiji.
  • “Am I allowed to go to Fiji, is that necessary?” NewstalkZB host Heather du Plessis-Allan asked the New Zealand-based activist.
  • “I don’t think that that’s necessary,” Cook responded.
  • When du Plessis-Allan then asked Cook when she was last on a plane, the 16-year-old admitted she was just on a plane a few months ago to Fiji.
  • The shocked host broke out into laughter over the blatant hypocrisy of the “climate activist.”
  • “You went to Fiji? You went to Fiji? Izzy! Come on, mate! Are you serious? Are you serious Izzy?” the radio host laughed.
“CLIMATE ACTIVIST” IZZY COOK ON PEOPLE FLYING AFTER SHE JUST FLEW ON A PLANE HERSELF:

“In the current climate crisis, I don’t think that’s necessary,” Cook SAys.

BACKGROUND:
  • Izzy Cook is a spokesperson for ‘School Strike for Climate,’ an international movement that has instigated a strike for agriculture and reduced “private motor vehicles,” demanding that the government make public transportation free for all New Zealanders.
  • “I believe that climate change is the most pressing issue we face in our society right now,” Cook said in a recent interview.
  • Yesterday, CNN host Don Lemon tried to persuade the National Hurricane Center to blame Hurricane Ian, a category 4 hurricane, on “climate change”.
  • “But what effect does climate change have on this phenomenon that is happening now? Because it seems these storms are intensifying. That’s the question,” Lemon asked.
  • “I don’t think you can link climate change to any one event,” National Hurricane Center’s Jamie Rohme responded, dismissing Lemon’s attempt to link Ian with supposed climate change.
