Democrat-run Chicago has had 2,189 cars stolen in the first 22 days of 2023. Comparing the first 22 days of 2023 to the first 22 days of 2021, crime is up 97%. Crime also increased 61% from the first 22 days of 2022 to present.

Already this year, in just those 22 days, 32 people have been murdered in the once-great Windy City. Nevertheless, murder is the only crime that has decreased in Chicago. By this time last year, 35 had been murdered.
