A New York City grand jury indicted 24-year-old Marine veteran Daniel Penny after the death of Jordan Neely, a homeless man reportedly harassing people on a subway.
Child psychiatrist Dr. Miriam Grossman testified before the House Committee on Energy and Commerce’s Subcommittee on Health that child transgender procedures present a significant risk of harm.
"I will be filing a privileged motion to censure & send Schiff to ethics for investigation," vowed the bill's author, Rep. Luna. "See you next week Adam."
