California School District Recommends Resources Pushing Transgenderism

California’s Hayward Unified School District (HUSD) in the Bay Area is pushing transgenderism among children through several resource recommendations centered on gender theory.

Documents detailing the resources were reviewed by The Daily Wire.

According to the outlet, the school district is encouraging students to watch films portraying transgenderism and puberty blockers through a guide called “LGBTQ Inclusive Films.”

Some of the films include “I’m Just Anneke,” a film about a tomboy who is unsure if she wants to be a girl, and “Just Call Me Kade,” a story about a transgender youth.

The school district also has a booklist featuring “inclusive” vendors.

“One way to be actively anti-racist when we spend our money is to purchase from BIPOC-owned, women-owned and LGBTQIA+-owned businesses,” the document says.

According to The Daily Wire, HUSD also developed a template for a Pride flag ceremony, which explains what it means to be an LGBTQ “ally.”

Another school district in the Bay Area planned to launch an initiative expected to cost more than $100,000 to train over a hundred students to become Critical Race Theory activists.

The initiative would last three years.

Martinez Unified School District (MUSD), located near Berkeley, California, is preparing to train students to become CRT activists guided by Lori Watson, the CEO of Oakland-based racial equity consulting firm Race Work, which aims to “interrupt systemic racism” and calls on allies to become “co-conspirators.”

Race Work claims that students who join SLAM will “deepen their personal racial understanding and elevate their racial consciousness as they develop the skills and tools to disrupt systemic racism within their schools, communities, and the larger society.”

The program also promises to help students “think about the social, cultural, and political aspects of their experiences, with a focus on race” while encouraging adults to “co-conspire” with the students.
