Biden admin released memo Thursday ensuring abortions for illegal migrant youth.

The Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Refugee Resettlement released a memo reiterating that all unaccompanied minors fall under its jurisdiction, confirming that “staff and care providers must not prevent [unaccompanied child] from accessing legal abortion- related services,” even if that means transferring them to locations out of state to avoid abortion restrictions. “The Biden administration will stop at nothing to push its radical pro-abortion agenda, even taking unaccompanied young girls who are separated from their family from state to state to be exploited by the profit-driven abortion industry,” SBA Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser said in a statement. “More than a dozen states including the border state of Texas have laws in place to protect unborn children and the well-being of women and girls. The Biden administration’s obsession with abortion is on display in this guidance which prioritizes placing all unaccompanied pregnant teens in radical abortion states — whether they want an abortion or not.” The memo repeatedly reiterates its stance that pregnant youth must be housed in states with abortion access. “This may involve transporting a minor to a state in which abortion is lawful and available, if the minor is currently in a state in which abortion is not lawful or available,” the memo reads. “This Field Guidance provides instructions on the intake and initial placement of pregnant UC and UC who have experienced sexual violence, as well as the transfer of pregnant UC, including UC seeking an abortion. The guidance applies to … all ORR-funded facilities, including Emergency Intake Sites and Influx Care Facilities.” If a 17-year-old illegal immigrant wants an abortion all they need to do is ask for a transfer and American taxpayers will foot the bill for transportation, housing, the procedure and recovery, all while skirting state laws preventing such services.
