“Was Joe Biden directly involved with Hunter Biden’s business deals, and is he compromised? That’s our investigation,” said incoming House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer.

- Among the numerous business deals investigated in the report, one describes James Biden, the president’s brother, promising Americore Health “access to a future Biden Administration and ‘the highest levels of government’—long before Joe Biden announced his candidacy.”
- The report also details the Bidens’ connections to both Russia and Ukraine, highlighting the fact that the president “largely directs American foreign policy regarding both.”

- In one email included in the report, Hunter Biden writes to Chinese investors that his worth to the investors “has nothing to do with me and everything to do with my last name.”
- Regarding CCP business transactions, the report notes that “President Biden was consulted on this business deal, was made an equity partner in it, met with the management of the planned venture, and shared office space with Chinese nationals tied to the CCP.”
