On September 16, the ‘America Upheld California Leadership Summit’ will be hosted by the apostolic network Revive California in Pasadena, California.
“Revive California is an association of apostolic leaders uniting to see historic revival and reformation come to California and the United States,” according to the group’s website.
“When our freedoms are at stake, we must unite,” a promotional video for Revive California states. “This isn’t a political battle. This is a war against pure evil.”
Pastor Ché Ahn of Harvest Rock Church spoke to American Faith and described the significance of the summit.
“We want to encourage and activate leaders, especially pastors,” he said, noting that the event aims to “get conservative leaders with biblical values” elected.
Pastor Ché added that the “crisis in California is real, and we need to do our part to humble ourselves and ask for God’s mercy” by taking action with our faith.
“We need to step up as believers,” he said.
The America Upheld California PAC was created because of the financial enormity of effective campaigns.
“We realize that it takes an enormous amount of finances to win elections,” Ahn stated.
America Upheld is geared toward local California elections and was recognized as a state PAC in September 2022.
Speakers at the Revive California Leadership Summit include Bill Johnson, Ché Ahn, Rob McCoy, Dran Reese, Jenny Donnelly, and American Faith founder and president Phil Hotsenpiller.
Several candidates across California who seek to uphold biblical values will also be present at the summit, such as Senator Shannon Grove, Eric Ching, Elizabeth Ahlers, Tenessa Audette, and others.
The second part of the event includes a gala featuring Arizona Republican Kari Lake.
The leadership summit begins at 10:30 a.m., with the gala beginning at 5:30 p.m.
