President Trump issued a warning against communism during a speech at the NATO summit.
In response to questions by NTD News, Trump said, “I want to get the word out, because what’s forming is communism in the country, and communism is easy to sell.”
“It’s never worked, and it’s not going to work… [capitalism] is just the best system—and it’s got flaws, everything’s going to have a little flaw, but it’s been amazing,” he explained, going on to warn that he believes the country is “in more danger than it was during World War 1, World War II, if you talk about September 11, if you talk about Pearl Harbor, that was big danger.”
Trump made similar remarks during the Faith and Freedom Coalition Conference.
“But you’ll start living in squalor, there will be no food, there will be no housing, there will be no military, there will be no law and order, there will be no nothing,” he said. “You’ll be a third-world inhabitant in every way.”
“They will close your churches in this country, if they go communist, and they’re trying to,” Trump said. “They will kill your people, and that’s what they’re about. They want to end religion, they have to end religion, because their ideology doesn’t work if you have strong religion.” he added. “This is the greatest threat to our country since its founding, in my opinion, 250 years ago, what’s happening right now. It’s the greatest threat. People don’t look at it. Three people were elected. It’s many more than three people.”
