Socialist Takes Over Spencer Pratt in Primary Race

Karen Bass and Nithya Raman are now the projected winners in the Los Angeles mayoral race. The two candidates are likely to face each other in November.

According to Decision Desk HQ, Bass received 34.68% of the votes while Raman won 27.12%, with 87% of the votes counted.

Spencer Pratt had been leading Raman since election night. “Remember everyone…we are still in the lead, and we’ve got allllllll the way til July 6th to keep counting. They’re not the only ones who know where to find votes,” he wrote on X.

President Trump condemned the slow election results. “Has anybody been watching the CROOKED Election going on in California,” he wrote on Truth Social. “Two great Republican Candidates are being cheated, and so is America, which if the Dumocrats are able to fulfill their mission, great trouble and consternation will follow. Watch this ‘Election’ closely!!!”

In a separate post, Trump shared a statement by Rep. Abe Hamadeh (R-AZ), who said, “It’s clear, California is incapable of running free and fair elections consistent with our Constitution that guarantees a republican form of government for states. Federalize the election.”

Trump wrote alongside Hamadeh’s statement, “No way this could have happened. Rigged Election!”

First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli said over the weekend that California was blocking an audit of its voter rolls. He noted that the state “allows first-time voters to register using forms of ID that most Americans would find surprising,” including gym memberships, credit or debit cards, insurance cards, employer ID cards, and prescription drug labels.

“This is permitted when a voter fails to provide a Social Security number or driver’s license at registration,” Essayli said. “Our office believes this policy deserves a closer look.”
