The development is expected to stand 91 stories tall, making it the tallest building in the nation.
According to a press release from the The Trump Organization, the company has partnered with Altus Property Group to launch the landmark tower. The structure will feature a 285-room luxury hotel bearing the Trump name and logo, anchoring the expansive mixed-use development. In addition to the hotel, the project will include 272 luxury residential apartments designed to appeal to high-end buyers seeking premium coastal living.
The tower will rise in Gold Coast, a well-known destination recognized for its beaches, tourism, and growing skyline. Developers plan to position the building in the central Surfers Paradise precinct, a hub of commercial and entertainment activity. Plans also call for a three-level podium featuring an exclusive Beach Club and more than 3,400 square meters of commercial, retail, and dining space.
