Christopher Schwarzenegger, son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, revealed that eliminating bread from his diet during Lent led to a 30-pound weight loss in just 40 days. Speaking at the Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit in Los Angeles on May 10, the 27-year-old shared insights into his ongoing health journey.
Schwarzenegger began his transformation in 2019 while living in Australia, motivated by the realization that his weight was limiting his participation in activities like skydiving. He recounted past efforts, including customized school lunches and various diet strategies, emphasizing that his progress resulted from persistent trial and error.
Despite noticeable changes, Schwarzenegger stated he doesn’t yet consider himself at his “after” stage, highlighting the continuous nature of his health journey. His brother, Patrick Schwarzenegger, previously praised his dedication to fitness and personal growth.
