Viral Olive Tree on TikTok Draws Visitors Seeking Miracles From Christ

Maria Palacios Garcia, a woman grounded in Christian conviction, planted an olive branch from Jerusalem decades ago and asked the Lord to make it a source of miracles for His people. The tree, which had no roots when planted, grew six feet in six months and now stands more than 80 feet tall. Locals call it the Árbol Milagroso—the Miracle Tree.

Garcia’s daughter, Garcia Cantu, now leads prayer gatherings on the property, drawing the faithful from all over Texas and beyond. “A lot of people come here with a lot of faith,” she said, noting that people have reported miracles and healings from everything from chronic migraines to serious illnesses.

One of those believers is Michelle Salinas, a 50-year-old woman who suffered from crippling migraines for 13 years. Doctors and medication couldn’t help, but after two visits to the tree in March, she says her pain is gone. “Now I get up, no headaches. I feel so good. I really do,” Salinas shared, giving God the glory.

Another visitor, Irma Rodriguez, lost her sight due to side effects from her medication. Though the experience initially led to despair, Rodriguez eventually found hope through faith. “I got saved that day,” she said, describing how her relationship with God has given her a vision of future healing. She and her husband Jose Anzaldua made the journey from Bay City to pray at the tree and plan to return for more.

Prayer warriors like Prophet Jose Flores and Jose Alaniz lead healing services at the tree, but Garcia Cantu emphasizes the importance of appointments, especially since the tree has become a weekend destination for hundreds seeking a touch from God.

The area surrounding the tree includes a chapel where pictures, driver’s licenses, and handwritten letters line the walls—testimonies of lives touched and prayers answered. There are stories of cancer vanishing, hypertension retreating, and peace replacing despair.

Visitors often report hearing supernatural sounds emanating from the tree itself—like the rushing of water or a soft heartbeat. These occurrences only deepen the sense of miracles that surrounds the Miracle Tree.

In 2021, the tree survived a deadly Texas freeze that many feared would kill it. But it endured—just like the faith of those who come seeking hope. Garcia Cantu plans to pass the spiritual mantle to her grandson, Princeton Wood, who himself experienced a healing that left doctors stunned.

Olive trees can live up to 2,000 years, and if the testimonies around the Árbol Milagroso are any indication, its fruit may continue to bless future generations with proof that faith still moves mountains—even in the middle of nowhere.
