Transgender Illegal Alien Arrested After Raping Boy in New York

According to reports, Nicol Suarez, a 30-year-old transgender migrant from Colombia, stalked and raped a 14-year-old boy in Manhattan.

She was already wanted in New Jersey and Massachusetts, with a federal immigration detainer issued against her. Yet, due to New York City’s sanctuary status, law enforcement was unable to hand her over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) before this horrific crime occurred.

Instead of ensuring this violent predator from Colombia remained behind bars, Judge Elizabeth Shamahs—who was elected on the Democratic ticket—reduced Suarez’s bail to $100,000. This leniency raises troubling questions about whose interests the justice system is truly serving.

While politicians continue to defend these policies under the guise of “compassion,” real victims are left to suffer. This case should serve as a wake-up call to end sanctuary city policies that shield criminals and put innocent Americans—especially children—at risk.

California’s program giving health care to illegal immigrants, Medi-Cal, also includes transgender surgeries.

According to a memo from 2022, Medi-Cal includes hormone therapy and a “variety of surgical procedures that bring primary and secondary gender characteristics into conformity with the individual’s identified gender, including ancillary services, such as hair removal, incident to those services.”

“Gender-affirming care is a covered Medi-Cal benefit when medically necessary,” the memo adds. “Requests for gender-affirming care should be from specialists experienced in providing culturally competent care to transgender and gender diverse individuals and should use nationally recognized guidelines.”

California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) expanded the Medi-Cal program to cover all illegal immigrants in the state.
