During an interview with Fox News host Shannon Bream over the weekend, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said he will be “campaigning actively” with former president Donald Trump.
“I’m going to be campaigning actively. I think President Trump is going to make a series of announcements about other Democrats who are joining his campaign,” Kennedy said.
Kennedy also teased other significant upcoming announcements, saying that Trump would be making a “series of announcements of other Democrats who are joining his campaign.”
The announcement comes just a few days after Kennedy suspended his presidential campaign and endorsed Trump.
“The three great causes that drove me down to this race in the first place, primarily, these are the principal causes that persuaded me to leave the Democratic Party and run as an independent. Now, to throw my support to President Trump, the causes were free speech, the war in Ukraine, and the war on our children,” Kennedy said.
