X CEO Elon Musk explained his reasons for endorsing Donald Trump in the upcoming 2024 presidential election during a recent interview with podcast host Lex Fridman.
“He just got shot. He’s got blood streaming down his face, and he’s fist-pumping, saying, ‘Fight.’ That’s impressive,” Musk said of Trump’s recent assassination attempt.
“Most people would be ducking,” he said. “You want someone who is strong and courageous to represent the country.”
The billionaire claimed he doesn’t think Trump is without his own flaws, but he is a better candidate than the Democratic options.
“It was a choice of Biden who has trouble climbing a flight of stairs, and the other one is fist-pumping after getting shot. No comparison,” Musk said.
