Fox News reporter Griff Jenkins revealed an image of an illegal immigrant “got-away” carrying a rifle.

The image comes as Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) released November encounter data.
Jenkins reported that there were “242,418 encounters at the southern border ~ Highest Nov on record.”
